Elevated challenge

We went to the Lindon Airborne on Friday night from 9 - 10:30PM with our there kids and our friends with their three kids. The kids had non-stop fun, running into friends from soccer and school and meeting new companions as they played tag throughout the facility. It was the perfect activity to expend energy in a fun, social environment on a Friday night. We are from out of town and mistakenly purchased a monthly pass for our kids, knowing we planned to go once or twice before we return to California. For locals, the monthly passes are a great opportunity to enjoy the facility regularly. Realizing my mistake, I emailed Airborne the next morning and received an email from the owner later the same day, letting me know that they understood my mistake and helping me cancel my unneeded monthly membership. Wish we had an Airborne where we live. We'll continue coming each time we are visiting friends in Utah.

All day prices

Two weeks ago could have been 5/5. Updated pricing is greedy. 0-2 used to be free, and under five used to be able to pay by the hour. Now must pay for "all day pass" for under 5! But over 5 has 1.5 time slot option? Was a loyal customer but won't be coming back as price for my kids went up over 2x. (Was around $8 for an hour), today $19 for 2 all day passes! This isn't an amusement park where you can go from ride to ride and spend all day somewhere with littles. Lastly, was offered 1.5 hour pass or all day for my kids (2 and 4) I said what's the price? They said the same! We only have one rate for under 4s . Greedy price change see below 1.5 hour and all day same for under 5.

We had the best time here! There is soooo much to do within an hour - we could have easily stayed longer. I took my kids here on a Friday morning and it wasn't very busy. We never had to wait in line for anything. This place is just so gigantic that it made it easy for us to do our own thing and not worry about running into other people too much. There is a rock climbing wall, jousting area, dodgeball area, bars to swing on/ obstacle course, an adult ninja section and a HUGE trampoline section. My kids especially loved running up the angled tramps and sliding down. The swinging bars up front were also a big hit. They were Already begging to go back as we left. Another HUGE perk was the cleanliness. Not a single part of it felt gross. I really appreciated that. This place was definitely worth the price - I was skeptical but it was awesome

GLOW NIGHT

I loove it here. Their trampolines are super bouncy. And the bounce arena is ginormous! I love coming here for a good workout with my kids. You can burn 300 calories per hour!! The most fun I've had as an adult in a while. They're the only ones that do their blackout night from 8 to 11 almost every night. They turn out all the lights and everything glows. Great for kids of all ages. Also with Covid a lot of the fun places like this are closing. Please come support local business and bring your friends and family here. P.S. Their employee Kyle P is so friendly! He came up and asked if I was having a good time here. I love how nice their employees are!

WOW!!! That was literally the thought that came into my mind when I walked through the doors. I have been to other trampoline fun centers and have had the thought, "This is nice. My kids will love it." But not once did I have the thought that "I" would love this. And here I, personally, did. I was a kid again! I've forgotten how fun and thrilling it is to jump on a trampoline. I forgot how fun it was to fly! I honestly think my smile was glued to my face, because I could not wipe it off long after we left. The facility was quite large. I mean the place is in a freaking warehouse, so I guess I should've expected that. The best part was that it was more than just trampolines. They had a mini "American ninja warrior" course. That's where the adult hang out! I successfully did the swinging monkey bars (which was an accomplishment for me) and it make me feel so good. Even though I basically failed the other obstacles, it was still ridiculously fun to try. There was also a 20 ft jump that was thrilling! Additionally, there were basketball hoops with three different levels and a jungle gym like area with swings that the kids loved, and much more. Tip: One hour of play is NOT enough. 2 hours would've been just right. For me and the kids.

We love this place and bring our kids here often but the bathrooms! They are disgusting. We've been able to mostly avoid them but tonight we weren't. I know it's a Saturday night but please have better upkeep. This is a recurring issue.

I'm a big fan of this place, it always brings out the kid in me. My wife and I have a good time plus our nephews love it too. We pretend like we come just for them. It's a pretty nice location that seems to be kept really clean. There is a ninja warrior park that is a lot of fun for adults and older kids but plenty of stuff for the little ones as well. We've usually had really good service although last time it took forever to check-in because of their system and when it's busy this can be pretty inconvenient. Big fan, will definitely keep bringing the kids here.

Nice equipment, huge facility, fun basketball hoops. Seems a little overpriced especially if you want to play with your kids...

Our 7 year old was attacked by other attending older kids and what looked like a brother and sister, together approached our son who was minding his own business and is timid and petite, then the 2 older kids together pushed with great force, our son from atop a platform down into a foam pit below, to our shock and his surprise. That being said, I'd say it's hard for Hang Time to police the activities of kids that go rogue, break house rules and engage in violent bullying behavior. I wished there was maybe more security. I was able to record it because we video our son in gleeful spirits and new experiences, and it just so happened within a 25 second recording we did document the incident (and posted the video in 2 parts on Hang Time's Yelp page for their review and our substantiating the claims with clear cut evidence). Why do I give them a "Good" * * * * Four Star review instead of something more appropriate per our experience, a lot lower? Well, again, I don't think i was necessarily Hang Time's fault, 'tho maybe responsibility in part, not something they could have prevented or easily policed. We did not report the kids to the facility because it happened on 12/23/23 and being the holidays, took the high road not to get them in trouble (and kicked out). Maybe in hindsight we should have, but we didn't (tho shared the video with friends and they were all shocked and they themselves had similar opinions of these kids and believed they should have been punished). Overall, the facilities are clean, it's organized, spacious and kids can have fun here. They charge by the hour, require sticky/grippy socks, but that's pretty standard with most indoor playlands we've gone too.

The staff was nice and helpful, but there may have only been one person at the time. It was somewhat empty when we got there, but it got pretty busy shortly after... maybe a birthday party? It was hard to do much after a lot of the little kids got there, as they don't quite have the self-awareness for other people, and the possibility of injuring themselves or others. It just makes it a little more difficult as an adult to have to look after them, as well as yourself (as kids jumped into the foam pit even while I was still in there). Despite that, my husband and I had fun and got in a good workout!

I was a little jealous of the jumpers! I was nervous about it being toddler friendly (we have an almost 2 year old and were invited to a birthday party) but she loved the ball pit, the playground, and the smaller kid area. As others have noted, the employees were are amazing! I saw a young man who worked there spend 10 minutes searching the ball pit to find a lost toy - and he found it! What a hero! Another guy helped pose and photograph our very large group of many adults and hyper kids. He was really committed to it! I would definitely bring my toddler back here at a quieter time (we were there on a Saturday night and it was very loud and crazy, but great for older kids and teens). She would probably spend two hours in the ball pit if I let her.

Jaylynn (the manager/owner?/bad-attitude-enthusiast) greeted guests with the warmth of a DMV worker on their last day. Her vibe was so aggressive you could practically taste the hostility. It's clearly contagious too, because Ava at the front desk checked us in like we were an inconvenience to her and her great-great grandchildren. I'd suggest just paying for your guests and not doing a table. I'm not sure what exactly we were supposed to tip on, as the only service was bringing out the pizza and the plates and cups being set on the table. Not worth 20% on $270. The place itself is cool and fun. The trapeze was only open for about 10-15 minutes. It should be open non stop for how popular it is.
