10/10 do not recommend. I lived here for 2 years in 2…read moreseparate apartments. Do you want an over priced apartment that hasn't been updated since 2010, With appliances that barely work and might've been nice when the apartments were built. Carpet so worn it's separated from the threshold with spots where you can see every piece of furniture the previous tenant had. Plastic floor tiles that were put down with no grout. Do you love the smell of stale smoke from years of tenants smoking inside. You'll probably have mold in the caulk of the shower of an apartment you just moved into with cracks in the shower or tub. Breezeways dirty you have to sweep them yourself, handrails so gross you don't use them when going up or down the stairs. Bad communication from the management staff who will take advantage of you. If you even try to get out of your lease one month early, granted you gave over 90 days notice and you paid your rent on time every single month... They will still charge you rent until the day a new tenant moves in, even if their staff is in the apartment "cleaning" and "painting" while you're paying rent on an empty apartment.. even if they told you that you would be good... they'll just take it out of your deposit. Shouldn't have to pay rent while the maintenance crew is throwing a fresh coat of paint on an apartment that needs serious updates and new carpet. I did not have a good experience with this company. But if you like all of the things mentioned above this is the place for you.

Despite the other reviews you see on here I really enjoyed my experience living here. The property…read moremanagers were always nice and helpful. This was 2019 to 2020. Every-time I needed maintenance on my air conditioning they came quickly and were respectful. Didn't have any issues with neighbors. Always felt safe because of the officers living there. I had no issues whatsoever. I hear the new property mangers there are helpful and nice as well, having so many friends that are still residents.

I thought long and hard about whether I should make a review about this company and decided to take…read morethe risk. I called twice for information and help. The first time was about getting an affidavit of residency since I just moved in from the west coast, I needed extra proof that I lived in NC to get my DL updated. I wasn't sure if being a listed tenant on the lease was enough and let me tell you. Who ever was on the phone that day was either having a bad day or needed to be re trained on how to provide proper customer service. She kept cutting me off and even went out of her way to correct my accent, saying "you mean an AFFIDAVIT OF RESIDENCY ?" and I said yes explaining my situation, before i even finish She cuts me off again and says "we can't disclose that sort of information." To me.. a resident of my apartment they are managing. I decided to brush it off, but the next time I called about my ESA not being on the lease. I'm trying to explain to her that I didn't know that pet limiations for a rental property didn't apply to an ESA and would like to see how I can get her on the lease and that I apologize for the inconvenience, at this point I'm already living here for 2 weeks, This woman says "you can't just ask for forgiveness after a mistake" now WHO in their right mind would say that to a customer? I then tell her that this is not how you talk to people and that she needs to let me speak and finish before she jumps to any conclusions about me not having the proper documentation and she proceeds to say "ma'am we have 800 other tenants to deal with" as if that has anything to do with her lack of professionalism and general proper etiquette. Look lady, be thankful I'm not naming you and your coworker out, for discriminating agaisnt a person with a disability, but it should not matter how many tenants you guys manage, 800, 100, or 4 tenants, it is your job to treat them with respect and provide the professionalism we deserve. Not just me, everyone. We pay for our rent and that money is whats paying for your jobs. If you hate your job, then please just quit. If your having a bad day take a day off, though still not an excuse for the degrading experience you have put me through. Look for the red flags people, i decided to let so many things go, from the leak under the sink, the mold and mildew built up in the bathrooms, the awful smoke and WEED smell in the apartment. We were hurting bad and needed a place asap due to my husband getitng out of the army. This company needs some serious reality check on how they train their employees or on who they hire, untill then do yourselves a favor and STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY WETHER YOU ARE A RENTER OR A PROPERTY OWNER. God bless everyone, and I hope you two ladies find the healing you guys need, because yall ain't right. I will be posting this review on other platforms because this is completely out of hand.

The rent was affordable and they only raised it once in the 6 years I stayed there…read more They always responded in timely fashion for maintenance requests. The property needed work, but it was spacious for what I paid.
