All three have been incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Kiss me recently moved locations and as expected, the new office is gorgeous. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful. Most recently I called looking for a weekend appointment in the morning for myself and a friend. They were able to get me scheduled for the following day (they're typically open one Saturday a month). Linzy was able to get my friend and I in and out quickly without making us feel rushed. I'd also highly recommend following them on instagram and signing up for emails to get notified about their monthly specials. Overall, kiss me has always made me feel very comfortable in what I would consider an intimidating space. Definitely worth booking with them!

My first appointment with Mary was in April of 2018 and I was so happy with the results that I have been coming back at 4-7 week intervals. I have dry skin that can become overly dry in the cold winter months and Mary has adjusted my treatments to reflex the change in my skin due to the weather. I have received microdermabrasion which has helped with dry skin and has brightened my complexion. She has also suggested different products to help combat my winter skin issues. The products she suggested I use (in conjunction to seeing her ever 4-7 weeks) have shifted my skin from constant breakouts to only a few hormonal pimples every now and again. I went in for a lash lift and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. I've had…read moremultiple lash lifts in the past and never had issues like this before. After leaving and washing my lashes the next day, I noticed many of them were crooked and bent oddly. The majority of the ends had harsh kinks in them that left my lashes looking almost "L" shaped instead of lifted naturally... L shape was just at the tips. Odd. During the service, part of the perm solution also got underneath the pads and seemed to burn my eyelids. My lids were left red, irritated, and uncomfortable for several days afterward. I tried calling a few days later to discuss the situation and hopefully find a resolution, but unfortunately got nowhere with reception. I ultimately decided to cancel my next appointment. Really disappointed overall, especially because I was excited to find a new place to go regularly.
