Ladies listen up, Melanie waters down her fillers and Botox the product she uses doesn't even last…read morea month. My first time getting Botox it wore off in 2 months. That's should've been a huge indicator for me but I went back to see her again thinking she would do right by me. The following times she injected afterward it wore off in less than a month. Her fillers don't even last 4 months. I had her place .5 ml in my lips as well, and I had to go back 4 different times for her to correct her mistakes because she does subpar work! My top lip is now over inflated and uneven from one side to the next. The bottom lip is also smaller than the top one too. She leaves divots in your lips as well, and rushes through the appt only to make you have to come back for a follow up monthly to fix her mistakes. I've been here 6 times in 7 months to fix her mistakes and to redo my Botox because she clearly waters down her products. When you finally get the nerve to speak up about it and ask why this is happening she blames it on you and your anatomy. I hadn't had even had Botox or fillers in over 10 years before coming here either. She's overpriced and her staff especially Melissa is extremely rude and unprofessional. I then assumed they would call to reschedule but 4-5 months later no call from them. So i decided to call and reschedule my appointment. They said they are booked 2-3 weeks out for a 4:00 appointment. I said I am flexible this entire week (summer) and if I can be put on the wait list for cancellation. They said "No" I have to have a current appointment to be put on wait list. Making appointments should be easy and convenient for long term customers.

She told me with time it would barely be noticed. She was right! It was a half a day. Surgery at the hospital. Very easy. I was in and out of there and Dr. Riola made it much better! She also did my breast augmentation. After over ten years they needed to be redone. They were saline before and she recommended silicone. She said they were much better for looks and she was right. The size she gave me was perfect too. The surgery was easy too. In and out. Didn't have much pain at all. It healed fast. Silicone is much better. I also earned a free Botox for getting the breast augmentation and she said it would help. It was simple and easy. The results turned out good. Up next, I had my ear piercing torn and it cut all the way through to where I couldn't wear earrings. I came up with a magical way to make it work. I used nail glue and glued them together. After a while you really get tired of nail gluing your ears to get to wear earrings. I went to Dr. Riola and she said she could easily fix them. I didn't even have to go under. She just numbed my ears and fixed them. Then they had to heal. I went in 5 months later and she pierced them. They are fixed now and I couldn't be more thankful or happier that I no longer have to nail glue my ears together. She's an incredible surgeon and really easy to work with and extremely nice. Easy to talk to too. She's confident in the work she does and earned every single star. Her staff is really nice and easy to talk to as well! She has a very nice office. It's a very nice and calm atmosphere. She has tons of great art work on the walls. Even in the bathroom. You aromatically feel welcomed from the comfort of her office and welcoming workers.
