Danielle from Elevated Cleaners did a fantastic job: after nothing but problems, lack of follow-through, and poor service from just about everyone in the area as we tried to make a home here, it is finally great to find someone with fantastic service. Especially, someone, you are trusting to clean your house. I came home while Danielle was wrapping up and was stunned how clean the house is. I kept walking around in amazement: what was a construction site now sparkled. Even this morning in the daylight, it is just perfect. Owner came to the house to give an estimate for deep cleaning. VERY expensive. Said that we would have to sign a contract (?) stating that we wouldn't lure her workers away to clean for less. Also workers had to sign a contract stating that they wouldn't start their own cleaning service. Restraint of Trade? I think so. NEVER USED this company, obviously. UGH read more

My house really needed a deep clean due to my husband being in the hospital for 5 months and I couldn't keep up with the all that I use to do. When they came for the estimate I agreed to the 60.00 an hour charge for the DEEP clean. Signed all the forms about not hiring her employees to clean on their own. The day came to start and the two girls that came were super nice. The job, awful!! Windows, the ones they did do were all hazy. Picture frames and such not cleaned. Cobwebs still in the corners. Moldings not cleaned, Hair still on rugs. Switch plates still dirty. TV screens not done (I even left the cleaner out). Lights in all 3 bathrooms and kitchen pendants weren't cleaned. Mudroom half cleaned. Cabinet doors, which are glass, all hazy. I can go on... What really floored me is one of the girls said she cleaned the top of my cabinets in the kitchen. I attached a picture of that!! I was not home when they left so I couldn't check before they left. I did receive a follow up text asking me how things went and I did say that things were not great and I would not be using them any longer. I stated that some things were not done. She asked for pictures for training purposes which I sent. After I sent the pictures she stated that she wanted to make things right and not lose my business. I would think that she would come out and see for herself. I agreed because some people just have bad days. Well, I did not hear back from her for 3 days when she sent a text saying I was on the schedule for the following day?? By then, I had already been cleaning the missed things myself, I mean it was right in my face. The more I had to do, the more disheartened I became. I wish I read the 2 reviews before mine and I would not be in this situation. Thank goodness for the Ring so I have a little bit more proof of what wasn't done. I was abroad for a few months so my home was pretty dusty and needed some expert cleaning. I contacted Elevated Cleaners on a Saturday night and by Monday morning the team was in here doing their magic with a big smile on their face. I really had high hopes for this cleaning company, but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. There was a lot to like on the surface, prompt communication, friendly staff. When I reached out, we quickly set up a walkthrough for my rental property, gave her the whole tour and asked for an estimate/quote. She originally said $240 which seemed very reasonable. We made a plan to connect by phone so I could give her the cleaning dates for the month. After giving her the dates, she then informed me the house would actually cost $500 per clean which seemed like a total 180 from our prior discussion in-person and something I was not willing to agree to. We finally agreed we would do an initial clean to see how long it took, and she would come back with a more accurate price. I never received a quote. When I asked what the price would be, I got a fairly rude and aggressive text stating she assumed I had agreed to move forward with the service which was super odd because I never received a quote for the house clean, the smaller studio clean, or both units together like I had originally asked. She claimed to have hired a new person specifically for my house which was also odd because we had never come to an agreement on the rate or if I would move forward. When I calmly recapped where we were and that we had never come to an agreement, she finally came forward with new prices - first $330 for the house. To be honest, the whole situation felt pretty manipulative and left a bad taste in my mouth. When I didn't immediately agree, she came down to $300, but I did not feel comfortable with how the whole situation unfolded. I told her I needed time to think it over. In the end, she charged my card $538.95. The whole interaction was puzzling and pretty shady. The bait and switch tactics and the swiftness with with which she jumped to aggression and irritation when she had never even given me a quote were major red flags. Definitely a breakdown of communication, certainly didn't feel this was a business I could trust totally. read more

We moved out of NY (to Texas) and are selling our home. This is all very hard to do from so far away. We went back to NY around the holidays to meet with our realtor. The house was just about empty and it needed a good, thorough indoor cleaning. After looking around for a good, reliable and thorough cleaning company, we settled on Elevated Cleaning. After initial contact (on a Monday), Elevated Cleaners was able to fit our home into their busy schedule that Friday! I was very pleased. I only wish I would have been able to personally see how it looked after they were done.... I did have someone stop by so I could get their opinion and they said it looked great - but, there were a few things that they thought could've been addressed a little better.... but I have to know that this is just one person's critical opinion.
