A++ I'm from out of town and lucky I found him. He was excellent and got me back into the softball tournament I came to Denver to play in. He even opened his office on a Saturday afternoon to accommodate me... Dr Neuerburg quickly identified that the issue in my shoulder was not simply a severe deltoid strain (which is what a sports therapist told me when the injury occurred) but that the ball of my shoulder was "out"(sorry I can't remember what he described it as) ... By the time I left his office I had 90% range of motion back and 80% less pain. By Sundays games I was 90% less pain and could play at 100%. He saved the weekend and tournament for me. I am so saddened and disappointed. I've been having pretty significant back pain for some time that the Dr isn't being helpful with. I was scared to go to a chiropractor...fear of the unknown, but I need some type of relief I just wanted someone to help me. So I bit the bullet and made an appt with Dr. Aaron after doing some research and checking the reviews. I was anxious but super hopeful. I made sure to get to my appt 10 mins early, Dr Aaron was working with some patients and didn't see that I had arrived (obviously, I was early) so I waited. 10 mins after I sat down another client walks in whom he sees and acknowledges, he comes out 15 mins later says hello, introduces himself and tells me it's just gonna be a min, he finishes up with the previous clients and instead of bringing me back considering my appt was at 4 (which he acknowledged) and it was 405, he takes the client who came in after me back to the room and asks me to be patient it won't take long...I sat there thinking it was just a quick meeting or something until he tells her to lay down and says let's get started...excuse me?! Oh and I forgot to mention everyone there was the same color...Except me ‍. I am so completely disappointed, I have to deal with this pain longer just to find a professional non-rascist chiropractor.
