Waited 3 more weeks, finally got a call that part was in, attempted to schedule repair. Called, they said they would check schedule nd get back to me. Never heard back. 3 more weeks went by, i was out of town so it was ok, but they never called to schedule the repair during the 3 weeks. Called back again to schedule repair, scheduled appt. For pick up 8 days ahead. We will see how it goes. Not impressed so far, fingers crossed.

My husband came here earlier this week and could not stop talking about how nice everyone was. I was so pleased to hear this so when we realized we needed another lambs ear plant I decided to go with him to pick it up. Upon entering you are greeted by everyone. Definitely nice workers (in orange attire). However it stops there once you get to the register. I needed another lambs ear plant to match the one my husband got two days prior. Unfortunately all of these plants were not in the best condition. I needed to get one to match the one we got a couple days before but because it wasn't 100% healthy I assumed they would not charge me full price as there were no other plants in better condition. When I inquired at the register the woman was super nice and tried to see if they had any more. Unfortunately they did not and only had what was out. Meanwhile as she is on the phone talking to the staff, an older gentleman immediately turned away from me and said "I don't have time for this" and huffed at me. He basically made the woman at the register take care of me when he clearly was a supervisor or something and could've acknowledged my concern. After a worker came up to me to assess the plant he seemed a little uneasy when the older gentleman all angry was nearby and said my plant was fine. I'll attach pictures but I really don't think I should've spent full price on something that wasn't this unhealthy two days ago. I'm hoping it will revive like the man said but considering I am a returning customer I found the whole situation off putting. I mean even if they couldn't give me a discounted rate for the unhealthy plant at least tell me when you'd get more in that would be in a better condition. There was literally no conversation. Probably will not be coming here again unless I really need something unique.

Just put in an above ground pool and needed some rocks to be placed around the pool. The owner came…read moreout the same day I sent out a request. The guy couldn't have been nicer. Worked with me on different options. Settled on some stone and metal edging. Added some seeding and additional edging around some trees. The crew showed up and did an amazing job. Due to some roots they were unable to add the metal edging around the trees. Got some different options and went with some stone work which was done so beautifully. The crew also noticed the new deck that was built for the pool was built very poorly and suggested I contact the construction company. I did on their suggestion and the construction company admitted to their poor build and decided to rip it down and rebuild with new material and a new crew. Lawn and Order saved me a huge problem with their suggestions. I already have a few more projects in mind and I will be using Lawn and Order. These guys are AMAZING.
