He concluded that the lawn was prone to hosting fungus and recommended adding preventative fungicides to next year's lawn care program. He also observed that the lawn was dry and the soil compacted, advising us to continue watering and to consider core aeration of the soil. In short, his findings were extremely informative and helpful. Dave's report was characteristic of the thoroughly professional approach he has exhibited during his many years of service on our behalf. In addition to providing the standard application of fertilizer, pesticides, and weed treatment, he routinely goes above and beyond what is expected. He has the experience to answer nearly any question and the know-how to provide practical solutions. With each visit he carefully observes the lawns' health and trajectory and provides timely recommendations. In the past he has alerted us to the presence of fungus such as "Pythium Blight" and advised immediate corrective action. He has also noticed problems like "Patch Disease" which could potentially damage the lawn. Additionally, he is very attentive to any concerns that we bring to his attention, taking especial care to avoid things like newly seeded areas and mole transducers. Dave is an extremely friendly Lawn Care Technician and one of those rare people who actually seems to enjoy his work. He goes about his tasks with a smile on his face and is always ready to greet us with a friendly wave. I contacted Green Meadow Lawn Care regarding treatments for pests on my lawn. They were up front and honest with me, and discussed my concerns for pollinators in lawn treatment. Dave was very knowledgeable and advised me regarding their services with my satisfaction in mind. Ultimately, I decided not to move forward due to my aprehension. If I were going to get the lawn treatments that i had originally inquired about, I would certainly give them my business! It is only due to my concern about pollinators in my yard that i will not be moving forward. Very professional when at your home and courteous. They were working at our neighbors and they noticed a few dandelions in our lawn. Kent from Green Meadow not only showed up on the day that was promised, but when I got home from work, I saw that he had rolled my empty trash bins all the way up the driveway and left them by the garage. Since they had been at the end of the driveway and not on the grass, and there had been enough room to drive a vehicle by them, I can only assume he did it out of kindness.
