In fact I said I'll come back the next day.. if the problem isn't resolved. Next day, and long story short both Hunter and Jay resolved my issue. My faith in Verizon is restored. I was terrified the battery needed to be replaced and I had no money to do that. I walked in to a cool and calm person who first plugged in my phone and it started charging (which was the initial major problem.) Turns out after about 20 minutes, the phone was charging fine and it appeared my charging cord had gone bad. After doing a precise diagnosis of my problem and ensuring nothing else was wrong, this kind gentleman would not accept a penny for his assistance, despite my insistence. If you have an issue with your cell phone, this is definitely the place to take it.
