    I've used this shop for several years and have brought a number of friends here. The staff is…read morefriendly and extremely knowledgeable about both hardware and software issues. They're located at the very busy intersection of Colfax and Josephine (southwest corner), but there is a private parking lot with access from both streets. I have only seen them work on issues with smartphones, but they also provide services for tablets, gaming consoles, and many other electronic devices. They are expert at battery and screen replacements for both Android and iPhone devices. Turnaround is usually quite quick. Unlike many repair services these days where you often have to mail items far away or drop things off with an unknowledgeable clerk, at Phone Repair and More you can talk directly with the technicians to ensure there are no miscommunications and that you get the information you need. I've found their charges very reasonable also.

    On Saturday, an employee of the business informed my wife and me that we would receive a refund of…read more$75 due to what the employee described as a "bad job" performed on the laptop. The employee also stated that we had been overcharged for the services provided. Despite these representations, no refund was issued. When we returned to the business to address this matter, we attempted to calmly explain the agreement that had been made over the phone and reiterated what the employee had told us regarding the refund and overcharge. The manager, identified as Lizzy, refused to honor the statements made by his employee, accused us of lying, and escalated the situation. During this interaction, the manager became verbally aggressive, raised his voice, and threw a laptop case in the direction of my wife and me. As a result of this hostile and unsafe behavior, we were forced to leave the premises. No resolution or refund was offered. Additionally, we received our laptop back in a damaged condition, and the original issues were not repaired, indicating that the device was returned broken and unresolved despite payment for services. We wasted over 555.00 dollars, and we got the worst costumer service we have ever experience! Lizzy is a horrible manager for his nonprofessional or accountability and threat he made to my wife. For a mistake that his employe made and Lizzy projected on my wife like it was her fault. Due to the lack of professionalism, failure to honor representations made by staff, unsafe conduct by management, and discriminatory treatment we experienced, we have initiated legal action and are seeking assistance through the Colorado Attorney General's Office.
