My siblings, boyfriend, and I spent Thanksgiving in Massanutten and popped on over to Elevation Sports for some fun after researching things to do in the area and coming across the website, which looked super fun. We called to make our reservation through the phone, and both of the people who assisted us were helpful. We decided to go with 2 hours of knockerball and combat archery, which was enough time to tire us out and keep us engaged. The first thing I will say is that the prices are extremely affordable and reasonable. I was surprised that I wasn't spending about $50+ per person. As a heads up, the facility is located within the mall, which we could have figured out if we did a little more research, but we were under the impression that it was a facility of its own with an outdoor area. I will say that the website was a little bit misleading because all or nearly all of the images depict people outside. The actual space inside the mall is relatively small and at times it felt a little bit cramped, and we were not able to run around as much as I had envisioned. I also wish that we were able to play soccer with the knocker balls, but that is dependent on the number of people you have and time. We ended up being paired with two small children which made it a little bit awkward to match our level of activity, but I also know that the employees have to make work with what they have. With that said, I do feel like the staff does a great job with the accommodations they're given. We worked with Sean the whole time, and he was both nice and fun. I appreciated that he made sure that everyone had a good time, everyone felt included, safety precautions were followed, and that there was adequate time to play and rest. I know he had to get a little creative with the activities and grouping people and teams together. Overall, we had a great time! There are times when it's easygoing but others where it's very competitive and fast-paced. You even get to try some "flips". I would definitely recommend this for anyone active, really of any age too. Definitely a highlight in the area!

We went with a group of 17 people. It was inside the mall. Our group did archery and knocker ball. We were split into two groups of 8 and 9 and each group had about 30 minute archery and 30 on knocker ball. The archery was so much fun. I was in the group of 9 and we were split into 2 smaller teams. We had to shoot the opposite team down. The arrow hurts when getting hit, but it was expected. We had the knocker ball after the archery. It was tiring! We got into the ball and get to knock people down. We did front flips and back flips inside the ball which was super amazing because I can't do flips. We had a soccer game inside the ball but I was wayyyy too tired at the end to move. Overall, i love the experience. It's a fun way to spent time with friends and family.

The pricing is so reasonable and the coach was great! My grandsons really enjoyed themselves!

It's fun for folks of all ages to get out and play, whether it's knockerball, the nerf games or combat archery.

Her personal attention and extensive use of props help me to be settled and thoughtful in my poses, and to safely access parts of my body that I didn't know existed! Every class is different and purposefully constructed. She provides instruction, demonstration, individual modifications and props as needed so that each student can experience and benefit from their own safe and accessible version of a pose. Her classes are engaging and challenging for my 50-something body, as well as my husband and our 23 year old daughter. I highly recommend Diana for both beginning and experienced yogis.

The first thing that really set A Good Stretch apart was the focus on the individual and doing poses safely. I've had many friends hurt themselves trying to do a yoga video at home. Diana asks that you fill out a questionnaire regarding your goals and any injuries or health problems. She then uses that to tailor a program for you. You are allowed to go at your own pace and comfort level with individualized instruction. Every class I am amazed what my body can do and how great I feel. And, it's been really great for my posture! Having this one on one attention is what sets these classes apart. I feel like I am working to better myself and not competing or trying to keep up with everyone else.

The studio is beautiful, very clean and professional with many levels of yoga offered. (All experience levels are welcome). They offer a variety of classes including Hot 26/2, Hot 26/2 with music, slow-mindful flows to full blown kick your butt Pilates workouts. If you are coming for the Hot yoga be prepared. Come well-hydrated and with a large bottle of water to drink during the class. Bring your yoga mat, a towel to cover your mat, and comfortable exercise clothes. I usually wear leggings and a tank top. Many men just wear shorts and lots of women wear a sports bra and shorts. The hot yoga classes end with a cool lavender infused towel at the end of every class! After class, the locker rooms have showers (which is needed after hot yoga) and the lobby is full of stunning plants (which are for sale). In closing, I feel so blessed to have this studio nearby. I have now been going since the day they opened in Jan 2023 and I am beyond hooked. I get a true natural high after each class. Great vibes all around !
