I know it's inconvenient to come out once to do a yard and not be a monthly service, but my husband for whatever reason is just fully against having a lawn service. So usually he manages it, but in this situation he was told he needed to travel for two weeks for work and only got a 48 hour notice, so he didn't get a chance to do his regular yard work. I'm allergic to the entire florida outdoors, so if I was to do the yard, people would think I'd have covid the next three days. All I saw was a flood of water surrounding the perimeter of my house including my lawn, driveway, sideways, etc. We talked over the phone, and they walked us through closing the main irrigation switch. It wasn't easy especially with all the water. They came first thing in the morning to assess the problem. They explained everything to us, fixed it, as well as did a few things such as updating our scheduled times on our irrigation system, and closing up some sprinklers that we didn't need. Their billing system is also automated, and I receive an email invoice every month and can conveniently pay online using my credit card (or send the invoice via snail mail with a check). They've also pressure washed the (very long) driveway at my request, with invoicing and payment option using the same easy method. Communication is stellar. They send regular communications via email to advise me of changes, possible delays in service, suggested add-on services based on weather conditions, etc. without my having to reach out to them. Occasionally, I can be overbearing and demanding. I'd had issues with the lawn care for years, so this was no exception. Early on, I advised them of the desired height, shape, and distance from the house of the three bushes abutting my mother's home. Jonnie responded promptly and knowledgeably. On my most recent visit to the house, the yard looked as good as I could be expected.

Ryan was very responsive and came out to evaluate the space and provided a sketch design within a week. Once I gave the word to proceed, he ordered the new rocks and plants. Once he knew when the rock would be delivered, he arranged for his team to complete the work the same day. They did the project in one day, while I and my significant other were at work. The job had to start with Ryan's team clearing out the layers of mulch and rock in all three flower beds. Then they laid down the weed barrier, planted the new plants and finally added the new rock. Ryan also did a fantastic job treating the stone bordering all of the beds. Our neighbors keep telling me they can't believe the transformation and also continue to comment on how beautiful everything looks. Thanks again to Ryan and his team.
