Careful hiring these people, I've been paying for premium service and they have only cut my bushes a couple of times in the last year, everytime I tried to contact their office it was a nightmare, whoever is answering their emails blames being overworked or myself for my bushes they didn't cut. They've never been on top of keeping them trimmed and if I ever mentioned it was met with excuses or double talk. Attatched below is the original agreement to how my bushes should look and how they are today after "firing me" for being frustrated with bad service. Thanks to Lawn Enforcement for returning my call after their work hours. I had an emergency where my sprinklers were all running even though my Rainbird System was completely off. Me being a brand new home owner, I had no idea what was going on. All I saw was a flood of water surrounding the perimeter of my house including my lawn, driveway, sideways, etc. We talked over the phone, and they walked us through closing the main irrigation switch. It wasn't easy especially with all the water. They came first thing in the morning to assess the problem. They explained everything to us, fixed it, as well as did a few things such as updating our scheduled times on our irrigation system, and closing up some sprinklers that we didn't need. Having just purchased a townhome with a non-working irrigation system... I came to Yelp to find the best company to call for help. Yelpers dont give 5 stars easily... and Lawn Enforcement was 5 stars, so a good place to start. I messaged them via Yelp, quickly got a response, and scheduled a visit for the following week. The Lawn Enforcement guys responded to my initial inquiry very quickly. We set a time/date for an appointment to check out my sprinkler system and ensure it is all working properly. The LE guys showed up on time and worked quickly to assess and make repairs to my sprinkler system. The cost for the repairs and making sure the system is in good working order was within their original estimate, which was lower than several other lawn irrigation companies. I needed a sprinkler pipe and some sprinkler heads replaced. I did not have to wait long for an appointment and Lawn Enforcement was on time, quick and reasonably priced. They were in and out and cleaned up. I would definitely call them again. read more

Reliable, on time and most of all honest. He could have easily said the valves needed replacing " like the last guy that showed up". Turns out there's was nothing wrong with them. The tenant shut them off but never told me. I guess they did that because they broke the sprinkler heads by driving their vehicle over them. I recently purchased my home which has an irrigation system that appears to have not been used in some time. I have never used it but it recently started leaking in several places. I sent a Yelp message this morning at 9:45, and by noon Tim was at my house fixing my leak. I am so thankful he was able to come out so quickly and get the job done. Terrible. One time my backyard looked like someone went 4-wheeling in it. Then they ran over a sprinkler head that would subsequently leak all over the place. Even though I spoke with the owner about it, he gave some BS explanation as to why they weren't the cause of the leakage. In spite of that though, they kept running over that spot every time they came - dragging mud all over the driveway with multiple tire marks from their equipment. Then they ran over my mailbox - as they were delivering my bill. The guy who did it swore he'd be back "within the hour" to fix it. Never came back. That's when I finally fired them. It's like paying someone to slowly vandalize your property. read more

We recently moved into a house where the sprinklers had to turned on via the bleeder screws at the valves outdoors. Chris and Tim came by and diagnosed the problem to a cut sprinkler wire by the swimming pool. Apparently the pool contractors intentionally cut the wire to make way for the pool but neglected to re route or reconnect the sprinkler wire. It's been this way for a decade. Now it's just a matter for picking the most cost effective option to hook up an irrigation controller to the valves. read more

We were advised by our lawn treatment company that a few sprinkler heads needed to be replaced or moved to provide adequate coverage. Also, we had several drip lines that needed repair. (Copy Pasta from mt G+ review, sorry) I was looking for a one-time lawn clean up as a surprise gift for my wife. After calling around to the Wesley Chapel/Lutz/Land O Lakes local lawn services and getting very few responses (and at least one contractor who wanted payment up front) I called Lawn Enforcement. Chris was helpful, asking all the right questions and answering all the questions that I had. He arrived on the agreed upon day and provided a free estimate that was several hundred below what others had quoted as well as going over what his people would need to do in detail. Today they arrived early and got to work, before noon the back yard jungle has been transformed into a tidy and light back yard. The ground foliage and bushes were beautifully trimmed back, the trees were trimmed, the removed all the debris and at least four years of dead leaves and they even blew our front drive free of the tons of acorns that had fallen there (I did not ask and was not charged, it was just a nice little extra). Drew came to my house and cleaned up a section of palmettos that were really taken over by vines. He did it by himself which took him 2 days because of how thick it really was and the amount he had to haul away. Lawn Enforcement is by far the best business experience i have ever had. They have been doing my yard for over a year now. They do regular weekly maintenance as well as have taken care of landscaping and sodding. Also some irrigation issues i have had (he is a dual business). Though I did not hire Chris to do a repair I initially thought necessary, I still would like to comment on Chris's integrity and honesty. During the Hurricane Irma, the property I managed had a fell tree and the root kind of bent the lower irrigation pipe. The owner worried about the slightly bent pipe and not sure if it worth to replace or re-route. Based on the excellent reviews on Yelp for Chris's past jobs, I decided to hire him for the work. He went there yesterday and inspected thoroughly. With none present besides him, he could had easily cut the pipe out, replaced it, and charged me for $50-$80 and I would have paid him without question. But instead, he told me that there was no need to replace or re-route - the 1" pipe was bent a bit but no leaking and no risk to leak, so he was not making a dime by driving out there! Did he lose my business for the day? Yes, but he won my business for the rest of my long years down the road! Integrity and honesty are how you get your customers, dudes! read more
