Just across the street from The Berlin Mall and our hotel. It was easy to get to right on the corner. Remember that in Europe you just sit at a table and not check in. Plenty of seating inside and outside. The menu is more casual (american-ish). Which was what we were craving. Burgers, sandwiches and nice entree offerings. They offer English menus and take credit cards. The food was really good and the experience was relaxing. Eleven is a bar located in the Potsdamer Platz area of Berlin, which is near enough opposite the Mall of Berlin and also fairly close to Potsdamer Platz U-Bahn which is a metro station on the U2 line. Eleven had seating inside and out, despite being on quite a busy road, I also managed to get an Uber from outside here so the location overall is good for driving and drop-offs (albeit I'm not sure parking would be allowed), and the location is also good through being in Potsdamer Platz and close to metro stations and the Mall of Berlin. The prices here I found to be quite expensive, especially for beverages and didn't liven up to the quality I'm sorry to report, and the service also was quite poor, it seemed a little poor and the staff working didn't seem overly friendly, which was a shame. The overall feel was also subpar, and I'm struggling to comment further and sadly I'm also struggling to think of any further reasons to award Eleven Bar and Lounge in Berlin, a single one-star rating. read more

Good quality food for reasonable price. We were looking for a good breakfast place and we've found one. This looks like a bar too and is probably more busy in the evening. But it served breakfast propose very well too. Menu has few good choices of breakfasts, including eggs, salmon, meats accompanied by juices and milkshakes. Everything they served was fresh and tasty. Additionally they ha free wifi and power sockets donut was easy to work there little bit as well. Interior is not my type, but nice big windows overlooking big square make you feel the morning pace. Will be back anytime from now maybe to also try the dark side if this place! read more

I had the club sandwich- a thin piece of grilled chicken with lettuce tomato bacon and something resembling Russian dressing (american style Russian dressing) The portion was big and it tasted good - no complaints. The macchiato was fancy looking but more importantly it was also very good. No complaints, the price was in line for Berlin. I did hesitate going in because it was empty - but it turned out good. We came here and we enjoyed the hip music, good views out of the window to the plaza Many many choices on the menu it looks great. And a nice car warm comfortable atmosphere. The wind was howling through the door like in so many places in April. Curry sausage was sticky sweet and more hotdog and sugar sauce Tomato soup was dishwater with tomato paste. Spahlghetti with Mariana was ok My wife at the rocket salad and she enjoyed it My other son had a burger with an egg on it I enjoyed it because I ate some of it the bun was not remarkable Music is really good not a bad volume. read more

The atmosphere was great and the place was really great for an early afternoon drink. The waitstaff was great and so friendly. However, the food was nothing special. My two friends and I weren't completely satisfied with our food, but it was alright and filled us up. For the price, I don't think the food was worth it. However, I would say if you are just going there for a drink and to hang out, it's definitely a nice place to relax and chat. read more

Delicious coffee and milkshakes, right by Potsdamer platz station. I couldn't fault the little heart shape that the waitress had lovingly crafted into my latte, and the chocolate milkshakes are also a winner. read more

The one offensive part was rap music saying f this and f that quite loud and well if there are kids around not appropriate- and really I wasnt in the mood for agro rap - something more chill appropriate. Nice place for hanging out with friends. Though it could be too dark for some people! Good cocktails and food ( I had a tequila sunrise and a cheese burger). A big plus is its opening hour! At least on Saturday night they claimed that they won't close until majority of the customers leave, although we didn't stay that long to verify it :D read more

Poor service! Hi, We went to this restaurant to take a break as it is a great location. What a mistake, there was almost no service, we had to get up and ask for menu. Then get up 20 minutes later to say that we were ready to order. We did not ask for anything to drink but the waitress brought us water and did not ask if we wanted it, she poured it and spilled most of it on me. (like I said, bad service) We didn't mind until we got our bill. 5.80Euro for water that got spilled and that we never asked for. When we complaint she suddenly did not remember how to speak english. The manager said since we drink it we have to pay for it. It was literally 5.80E for tap water! Very insulting! read more

Mediocre food - what you would expect at a place catering to tourists. Asked for two glasses of water and were told they would not give us tap water - had to buy a bottle. A few minutes later another server delivered glasses of tap water to the table next us. Brought this to the attention of our server and with a ton of attitude, did finally bring us water. I went here during some kind of busy tourist hour so I didn't expect much service because there was only a waitress and one guy at the bar (and probably some kitchen staff too). Me and my partner decided to just get some cold drinks because we thought it'd be quick and we could be on our way. We finished the drinks and waited to get the attention of the waitress so we could pay our bill. Not once did she glance our way or come to ask if we wanted anything else. Again, I didn't expect this because I saw that it was busy. We went to the cashier and the guy at the bar gave me the bill. I gave my credit card and he asked if I wanted to add something to the bill. I said 'No' and the waitress came there and snorted a sarcastic 'thank you' to me. The guy at the Bar interrogated me where we were from and whether or not people were tipped there. He said that in germany there IS a tipping culture. Feeling pressured and bullied, I left them a tip even though I knew I shouldn't have. I've waitressed 4 years in a restaurant in Finland before and I have never EVER expected any tips, especially if I haven't even given the customer a full service. I know that Germans get paid well, better than in Finland and that they don't need the tips, unlike in the States, so I think this whole tipping thing in well paid countries is pretty bull unless you have gotten excellent service. The drinks are ridiculously overpriced here and the staff is unfriendly so I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. read more
