She really helped me by spotting my movements and showing me how to do it better. The studio is nice with 7 poles and smooth hardwood floors. I do find it strange that they allow more students than the number of poles. The instructor doesn't even have her own pole. So if there are extra students, we would need to share the pole with them and the instructor. For the amount of money we're paying for the classes and the limited time we have, I'd think everyone should have their own poles.

It was limited but open and easy due to the small class. In a much larger class that may not be the case. I didn't get to see what the restroom or locker room if they had one looked like but the instructor and class was awesome! It was moderate to intense cardio as well as total body with stretching added in at the end. It ended a few mins early and started a few mins late but you get your work and sweat in for sure. I recommend this class and I will be returning. I would also like to try out their aerial yoga.

I was devastated to hear they were closing that location, but the owner, Laura, managed to work things out to keep the original location AND open a new one! This dance studio is more spacious with 10 X-Poles and mounts on the ceiling for aerial silks and Lyra. There is another room that will be utilized for private lessons as well. They are still working on finishing touches, but the space is already so gorgeous! Love the lighting. Signing up for classes is on Schedulicity.com, but I hear they will be utilizing a new system soon. Plenty of street parking and parking lots in the back and next door plaza. The choreo in those classes is so fun and unique and the instructors are both fantastic, super nice and able to break the moves down so they're easy for everyone to understand. I always leave feeling energized. I've enjoyed other classes at Sadie's as well but those two are my faves. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that the schedule can be inconsistent from week to week, and I get the sense that new classes aren't given much time to build up a following, It's tough to fully recommend the studio when I can't count on classes to stick around. I hope that will improve with time because other than that it's a great place to go!

When I started looking into pole dancing/fitness at the time, I came across Allure. I was very excited to find a fun way to exercise and take the edge off of stressful work. I would take a minimum of 3 classes a week. I also trained a bit of MMA so mixing it up with pole dancing was a great combination for me. I started as a beginner and was working my way up. The employees were amazing, friendly and fun. They always made sure that everybody was doing good and comfortable with the next step. They would always compliment me on how quickly I would learn and how well I could move. One of the ladies there even said that I should work for them teaching the beginners class, which I would have been up to. Unfortunately, I moved away and I just never could find a place like this again. To makes matters worse for myself, I moved again and live in a small town that doesn't offer it, a bit closed minded as well. If I was as good as the instructors, i would open one here! If I ever was to move back to LA, this is the place I would definitely sign up for again. I highly recommend if you're looking for a fun, sexy and different approach to fitness.
