She booked a private class at the beginning of January after speaking with someone directly on the phone. After that initial conversation, there was no professional follow-up. She took it upon herself to follow up multiple times, only to be told--after friends had already flown in and family had made plans--that the studio suddenly did not have availability for her party. The handling of this situation was incredibly unprofessional. The woman she spoke with was combative, dismissive, and unwilling to take accountability. Instead of owning the mistake, she repeatedly said, "It seems like there was a miscommunication," without offering a real solution. She resisted returning the security deposit and only offered a random evening class time that did not work. Phone calls were not returned, and communication was inconsistent and careless. After having to fight to get the deposit back, we received nothing more than a few curt text messages. There was no apology, no attempt to make it right, no offer of a comped class, and no accountability. Corporate never reached out at all. There was no follow-up, no acknowledgment, and no effort to resolve the issue. This was meant to be a joyful celebration, and instead it became stressful and disappointing due to poor communication and unprofessional business practices. If you value clear communication, accountability, and respect for your time and money, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This review is being left because this experience was unacceptable, and no one should have their milestone celebration handled in this way.

It was limited but open and easy due to the small class. In a much larger class that may not be the case. I didn't get to see what the restroom or locker room if they had one looked like but the instructor and class was awesome! It was moderate to intense cardio as well as total body with stretching added in at the end. It ended a few mins early and started a few mins late but you get your work and sweat in for sure. I recommend this class and I will be returning. I would also like to try out their aerial yoga.

For context, my mom's NEVER worked out in her life before. I also had surgeries (most recently October 2025) and have been unable to exercise since 2024. We took Christina's class on a Saturday morning and it was everything and more than we expected. Vera also assisted Christina, and they provided such an open and inviting environment. We were out of our comfort zones, but we were guided and felt safe throughout the whole way. It's silly, but I'm scared of heights (and falling) and genuinely thought that I wasn't going to be able to have my feet leave the ground. Vera and Christina's knowledge and warmth quickly disarmed my fears. I was still holding back, but I knew that we were secure and in good hands. Also, in my opinion, this was a GREAT beginners workout. My mom and I are not in the best shape, but Christina also educated us about modifications to the movements we were doing and the whole experience was accessible and inclusive. For the first time in such a long time, I was able to actually work out without having any complications after the fact. The videos make it look easy, but you're definitely still getting a workout. I also want to recognize how they were always engaging and attentive to our needs. At some point, my mom did have to take a break and step out, but Christina and Vera checked on her during and after class. Also, they airdropped us some class footage for free, which we appreciated. To call the experience welcoming would be such an understatement. It was our first time, but Christina and Vera were approachable and really made our experience unforgettable. The freshman classes are still more advanced for those who have only taken less than 5 (or no) previous pole classes, but as long as you let the instructor know, they can give you some basic skills to learn. They use mindbody and making reservations online is easy. Free parking lot available. There's 13 poles that do spin. You must bring your own mat. Cubbies are available. I especially enjoyed Candy Cane's freshman pole class, as she pushed us to do our best and taught a fun little routine that we performed at the end of class. Heels are optional. Don't wear lotion to class.

For most of my classes I've been with Veronica on Sundays, and it has been such an amazing experience. Firstly, I was consistent for 3 weeks, then took a 5 month hiatus. Veronica remembered me instantly when I returned. Secondly, she's always looking out to make sure I'm safe whenever I'm doing anything. She's incredibly patient ensuring that I'm doing the form correctly and very knowledgeable in avoiding any potential mistakes or problems. Finally, she's aware of my own personal level and experience- she knows when to push me to try and do a little more. Finally this space is such a vibe! The ambiance truly enhances the experience and has so much character and charm.
