The benefit of using a Michigan Chandelier is that they knew all of the questions to ask so we had all the parts to install the fans when they arrived. We needed special ceiling mounts for a sloped ceiling and unique downrod's. And, the prices were exactly the same as online!! This really emphasized the benefit of using a local store. The customer service is amazing! I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for beautiful fans or lighting!

The gentleman I spoke with, was able to schedule me for an appointment the same week and gave me great information on how best to accomplish my goals. The estimate was also very reasonable after doing cost comparisons. Griffin, our installer was an incredible electrician. He was very knowledgeable and worked diligently and quickly to change all of our outdated outlets with ease. Here is a picture of him, adjusting our dining room light fixture to the proper height. I obtained this company's contact information through Angie's List, but due to this experience and the lack of reliability, I will no longer be using that service. I'm also sharing this to caution others regarding American Handi Services.
