They also provided written documentation of how they were going to do everything - details on how the support posts would be set, on the structure, and on the deck boards, etc, many of which were beyond what the local building code requires. And then they were able to deliver on what they said they would do. The new support structure for my deck is rock solid, I swear I could park a truck on it. Good communication with me throughout the entire process. And the finished product is beautiful. I went with a composite deck material. Finally, when I called and said I just wanted my money back, I was lied to again -- "Oh, I guess we'll just have to eat the cost of this job and refund your money." Truth is, the job was never done; I was strung along for more than a year, while they held a nearly $3000 deposit. Only good thing I can say is that they did refund my money.
