I almost swallowed the crown, and to add insult to injury, SHE REFUSED TO RE-CEMENT MY CROWN and 18 emails later, she finally admitted she must refund my money. I advised Dr.Farnaz in advance, that I receive infusion treatment for severe osteoporosis and my dental care is critical for me, but she didn't care. SHE DID NOT SAY ANYTHING TO ME during the procedure. Yet she whispered to the receptionist as I was leaving, "Refer her to the endo for root canal." Did she NOT think I have a right to know about my OWN TEETH, especially with my bone condition??? Finally, her office manager calls me back days later and dangles the refund cheque like a carrot, insisting I sign her declaration filled with lies! I do NOT lie, so I reversed my payment instead and am now filing a complaint with the College. I would NOT recommend this dental office to my worst enemy!! :-(

I went to scheduled hour and there was other dentist than mine. I warned this" dentist" about one of my tooth to watch out and not touch it because I know it is weak and I want to do implant after I come back in January (my dentist knew about that - I will be on month trip outside country) I can't start this just before trip. Dentist told me ok it won't be touched. I also told him that I breastfeed. Then his assistant prepared other tooth for filling. It was not attached to tooth I told dentist about. After anaesthesia She started flossing. She flossed tooth I mentioned not to touch. This tooth was cracked and she flossed it hard a few times with real strength and of course it fell of. I am flossing it at home every day and it was ok. She really put a lot of strength to pull this tooth out. Then dentist told her that's ok because I mentioned that tooth is weak! They were talking while I was with mouth opened and really pissed at them. He mentioned that he is dentist for 15 years. Meantime assistant changed to another one because of shift end. Then they finished and I told why they touched this tooth I asked to not?! Dentist's answer was :"it was moving anyway". It wasn't I told him I'm not stupid I wash and floss it every day. But he told me he won't be discussing it. By the way - he didn't touch this tooth only his assistant so I wonder how he knew it is moving? Dentist told me to his solution: glue this with cement for about $200 or use.... a GLUE!!! Krazy glue - they even gave me name of glue. No, it's not special glue for dentistry purposes. Regular glue like super glue. I was shocked. Regular glue? It's not obvious what is inside this broken tooth - maybe bacteria or something. And I breastfeed. I was afraid to end up at hospital with their advice. Next day I found another dentist who helped me. Meantime I saw that PoCo Comfort dentistry called. I answered at the evening and they told me they will cement my tooth for free next week. And they were sorry for advice. I told them that I did repair my tooth so they can pay for it. They seemed to be a little afraid that they gave me "professional advice" about glueing tooth. I asked for names of people that took care of me. They told me that I will get an email with this but I didn't. Next week I had appointment so I called that I won't come and I asked once again for names. I didn't get it. Not only that will make fool of you but also they will give you professional advice to use a glue. And they have secret doctors without names - you can't know who "heal" you. Of course there was no way that they will pay for my tooth .
