I was reluctant to switch but after a couple of cleanings that I felt were rushed and careless, I decided to try Seycove Dental on recommendation from my dad. I am sooo happy that I switched! All the staff (receptionist, hygienists, and dentists) are VERY nice. They put a lot of effort into making sure the patient is comfortable, even if it's just for a cleaning. They let you choose what you would like to watch on tv, give you glasses so that the lights don't bother your eyes, and they let you choose between normal fluoride in trays or a fluoride rinse. It was not like this at the other place I went to. I never feel that the hygienists are rushing through my cleaning. They also noticed things about my teeth that my other dentist had never mentioned to me before... which was odd. When my dental coverage switched to a student plan, they helped me out a lot with the process and when I told them my coverage was ending soon, they made sure I got in before it expired and got all my x-rays up-to-date while I was still covered. Maybe it's strange to be this happy about a dental clinic but I highly recommend Seycove Dental and have already recommended it to many people!

He has a very light touch for both cavities and oral surgery. He will also take the time to explain and answer any of your dental questions. His enthusiasm is also unmatched. I never thought I would ever recommend a dentist TOO ANYONE. Dr Torre presents a very calm demeanour and also has a very light touch when filling cavities. He too is very attentive with all my oral hygiene and tooth related inquiries. These two are the only dental professionals I trust!!!! I have recommended them to all of my friends, and have heard back that they too will never book anywhere else. Life dental is unlike any other dental experience I have ever had; they are very professional and I find my healing time is quicker than ever. The proof is in the pudding. Each time i go in complaining of the same discomfort, i am told something different and now finally after months of pain i am told the teeth cannot be saved and need either a root canal or pulled out (yet another expense). I was even charged $75 for the dentist to tell me to change tooth paste LOL. I am not one to complain or write bad reviews but i feel someone needs to step up and let others know about this place. It's a money grab outfit, and they will charge you until you are broke and still not fix the problem. Avoid them at all costs

While on vacation, visiting a dentist is one of the last things I want to do…read more When one of your children has a sudden throbbing tooth pain that wakes them up during the night, you know you have to go....even if you're out of the country. "J" doesn't usually complain about pain but this issue needed to be diagnosed right away. After recommendations from my sister, who said there was a dentist office just down the street, we went to see Dr. Kim at the Sunstone Dental Clinic. This newer building was decorated neatly and eye pleasing on the inside. My daughter and I were both thrilled with the immediate friendly service we received. We were even given a short wait for an immediate emergency appointment! While we waited all of six minutes, we were offered a cup of tea or coffee by Kristy. To my surprise, a delicious cup of coffee arrived in a charming tea cup on a tray accompanied by cold cream, sweetener and two biscuits! Tea house style!! I was encouraged to bring it with me into the exam room. The doctor, James Kim was kind and possessed a great bedside manner as he explained what he concluded after inspecting the xrays. Considering our limited time before flying home, he kindly gave options for her treatment. We decided it was best to wait to have a route canal, filling and crown by a periodontist back home. He could pull the tooth in question if the pain was unbearable but he recommended my daughter to save her tooth. After paying, J and I left with a prescription for an antibiotic and ibuprofen recommendation. We agreed that this visit was most professional and reassuring! If my sister or anyone is wanting dental care in the North Delta area, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Kim his team!
