One memorable experience: After I experienced some jaw pain, I came to see her to check things out. My teeth were all fine, so nothing she could do, but she suggested I go to a RMT who specializes in intra-oral massage. I had NEVER heard of this before, but I went to the specific RMT she mentioned and it was life changing. Seriously. After just one session, my jaw pain was gone. I was so relieved and grateful! I've only been a new client for 5 days and they've been so welcoming and not just because they gave me a tote bag of free swag after my first visit - a brand new Oral-B electric toothbrush, your standard manual toothbrush, floss, toothpaste, and lip balm! Haha! You'd think they're constantly booked up because they're right in the heart of downtown Vancouver. But they're really accommodating with scheduling in appointments. I like that their system can send me both email and text reminders. I always had really awful experiences with previous dentists growing up. It had been a while since I had my teeth cleaned and examined so I was really nervous but Dr. Chen, her assistants, and Priscilla the hygienist were really thorough in explaining to me what they were going to do via x-rays, taking photos of my teeth, and giving me advice on proper brushing. I feel at ease and comfortable when I'm there. My boyfriend and his family are also patients there. He was the one who told me about this location!
