All 4 skeins where different definitely in a different colors, so my opinion is based on facts and experience and I think they just want to sell anything they have, they DO NOT care about the customers and their needs. I ruined my project because of them, wasn't able to do on time and because of the colors I do not know what to do with these 4 different color of balls. I never asked them to wind for me, they did it because that is not that obvious of color difference. I do NOT recommend anyone to buy from this company online, because you never know what and when you are going to get. Very disappointed and sad customer.

I sent a text as requested from their website to make an appointment for a tour and while it took a few days to respond back to me, we were able to book on a convenient day for us. In addition to the alpacas, there are rabbits, pot bellied pigs, horses, ducks, cows, and goats just to name a few of the farm folk that live here. The two young assistants that gave us the tour were very experienced and mature beyond their years. They had a lot of knowledge about each animal. If you wish to browse at the gift store, there's a lot of alpaca wool clothing, accessories, and stuffies for sale. They also sell their wares at local farmer's markets so check them out if you are interested in alpaca wool items. The cost of admission is very reasonable at $10 per person. If you are a fan of petting zoos and alpacas this is your place!

This is great because the hour at the farm is yours to explore with your family. And not to mention all the fun photos you'll get to take with all the animals! Before you leave, don't forget to purchase a dozen fresh farm eggs! We can't wait to visit again!

Most recently, I went there looking for circular needles, which she didn't have in the size I wanted. She was insistent--when I declined having her order them--that I buy regular needles--and that it would be better for me to make my project using them rather than the circular needles. Perhaps she was trying to be helpful. I don't doubt that she knows a lot about knitting. Yet, she came off as being pushy and intrusive. I ended up leaving the store as she continued to insist that I buy the other needles and deciding that I would not return. If she'd just left me alone, I would have returned at least a couple times by now and would have bought other things. (I had bought a pattern book there that I really like).

I spent about 15 minutes in the shop, picking up several different skeins of yarn to inspect the fibers and composition. No one was at the register. I'm not even sure if anyone there was working or not. It felt like I had entered a party that I was not invited to. Strange experience. I wanted to support a local business instead of Michaels, but walked out without a purchase. Even as I was exiting there was no greeting of any kind.

They have you check in via app but then call the store when you get there anyway. When you call, there's no option for curbside pickup so you have to guess on what extension you need. Then, they have you tell them what parking spot you're in but then ask you for your car details. I just told you what spot I'm parked in why do you need more info than that? I ended up waiting for 10 mins outside and no one came with my things so I had to go inside to get them. That wouldn't be a problem but I chose curbside for a reason. Just really disappointed in how little Michaels as a chain thought their curbside pickup through. So many other places have such better systems, and Michels needs to follow suit.
