She called me understandably shaken, and I told her to get out of the car and move to a safe spot while I headed her way. I called Bracco's Towing on the way, and they answered right away. Their response time was impressively fast, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. When they arrived, the driver was friendly, calm, and professional--exactly what you hope for in a moment like that. They handled the car with great care and delivered it precisely where we needed it. The pricing was also very reasonable, which was a huge relief given the circumstances. As a side note, their trucks are beautiful--even featuring pinstriping--which speaks to the pride they take in their work. All in all, they turned a frustrating and potentially dangerous situation into a smooth and positive experience. I'm very grateful for their help and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

They ensured I was safe and went out of their way to make me comfortable. They were able to give me a ride in their truck to the auto shop, and on the way, we had a fantastic conversation about various things. I understand that towing companies handle many customers every day, but that is exactly why compassion and professionalism are so important in this type of business. Many people walking through those doors have just experienced an accident, a family emergency, or even a tragic loss. Unfortunately, the receptionist was dismissive, rude, and showed no empathy throughout our interaction. I tried to explain that customers arriving there are often going through difficult circumstances and that a little kindness can make a significant difference. Her response was that she "doesn't see the cars," which completely missed the point. My concern wasn't about the vehicles it was about the people behind them. I hope the company takes customer service and compassion seriously, as they are just as important as the services they provide.

Marx Towing has been one of the worst companies I've worked with in recent memory. I was in a very…read morestressful situation, and I needed a non-operational, full-size pickup towed from a semi-tight spot. I called Marx as they are our local AAA affiliate, and they sent someone out promptly. The driver was incredibly rude from the start. He pulled up and immediately said that he wouldn't be able to tow the vehicle. He tried to jump the pickup for about five minutes to see if he could get it moved. When he was unsuccessful, I asked him for advice regarding what I should do to get the pickup moved. I inquired if there was a different (smaller) tow truck he could use or if there was another company he'd recommend who may be able to tow the vehicle successfully. He shrugged and told me--point blank--that it was my problem, and I had to figure it out. He then left. I called Bracco's Towing since I still needed to move the pickup. They sent someone out quickly, and they were able to move the truck successfully within ~10-15 minutes. I reported the issue with Marx to AAA, and they have now issued me a full refund for the tow that I had to pay for through Bracco's. I was frankly appalled by the laziness and the blatant "I don't care" attitude from the Marx tow truck driver. I will not attempt to use their services again.
