This was such a horrible experience they towed my vehicle than told me I wouldn't have to pay anything if I signed my car over to them I told them I didn't have the key then they tried charging me $560.00 to give me my car then changed their mind since I didn't have a key. which they already knew when we filled all the paperwork out, then he threatened to send me to collection. I was dissapointed with my service, and in total awe of how they treated me as a customer. They completely disreguarded my call and put me on hold for 4 hours!!! When I tried calling back no one answered, I left my information and didn't recieve a call at all. I had to call back the next day only to be put on hold again. I live at Mission Park Apartments. I have lived here 8 years, I am 78 years old. I parked in front of office at approx. 5 PM to unload groceries. The New management called All-Pro to tow my car. No warning, no sticker nothing. Previous Manager Menchila gave me permission to unload groceries there. All-Pro charged me $435.00 to tow my car 3 miles and they had my car for 40minutes. And, when I called before 6 they said they were not sure if they had my car, but to call back in 30 minutes and they would let me know (after 6 PM). They then charges me weekend rates!!! I am furloughed as a caregiver and now I cannot make my rent for May. This is inhumane and cruel at this Coronavirus time. Their personnel are very arrogant when you try talking with them. Be ware of these Guys, the new Caucasian one in particular, as they scroll through private property lurking. I live in Morgan Hill, in a large-Private complex. Early this morning I woke up to take my kids to school and head to work, only to find my car missing. I panicked!! I called asked the property Maintenance Supervisors and property manager if they towed my car since I had my car parked in a handicap space- yes my bad but when you have a bleeding hand and a crying 5 year old past midnight that was my easiest solution. Poor judgment. Anyways, after being assured multiple times by both Managers that they didn't call towing on me and after calling MHPD I found out these guys had it. I finally get a hold of a guy named Anthony who gave me the address but said he wouldn't be there until 8:00am and gave me their address. Which is at the very outskirts of Gilroy by the dumps. I found a ride there only to find out my car was towed by the same Guy this company has been getting multiple client complains from. He travels around Morgan Hill and other private properties looking for cars to towed( he's commissions based) and it sounds as I'm not the only one that has filed a police report against these guys. Can you say SCAM!!! I spoke to Jerry, the owner, and he was so generous (insert best sarcasm voice) to discount me $10 for a total rip off of $310. I will update this post ones I connect with a key players next week. Again, be aware of these guys because from what I gather they like doing dirty stuff so long as profit is made! On July 4th as we heading out of town for the 4th but we didn't make it because my truck overheated, we were stuck on Santa Teresa right before the entrance of gavilan College. To make the post short but of my dumb roadside assistance said there was NO available tow truck in Gilroy but didn't have the decency to call me when I had to call them. As soon as I was upset and hung up on the person, I eventually got a text saying coming out within 120-150 minutes. I called all pro towing as they sent me their phone number and spoke to the Gentleman who I told him my issue and he said he get someone to help sooner than what my text said. Remind you I was stuck on the side of a crazy road of vehicles driving through like it was a race track since 7:30 and I had to make the call back to roadside assistance at 9:30pm and that's when they told me about no towing in Gilroy. I was very upset that I had to call them and they didn't call me to update me. So, like I said, I called the number that was for all pro towing that I was able to move my truck to a safer location and Jeremy the all pro towing gentleman was there I want to say within 30 minutes. I was so blessed to see him and VERY Grateful for him and everything he did for me and my daughter and boyfriend on getting my truck back home safely! If I could give All Pro towing company 20 stars I would, I was very very grateful for Jeremy I believe that was his name, thank you All pro towing for come to our rescue us even though we missed out on the 4th of July as wasn't there fault it was the stupid roadside assistance!! read more

WATCH OUT FOR THIS SHADY COMPANY!! If I could give this company a big fat ZERO, I would. I broke down yesterday and without even having a say so, a CHP said he would call a tow company for me. Lucky me got the privilage of dealing with All Pro Towing from Gilroy. It took about 30 minutes to get to me and when the guy arrived I immediately asked him what the damage would be because I needed to go back to San Jose. He tells me a flat fee of $185.00 an hour. I'm thinking, ok fine, I'm kinda stuck with them now so I figure it would take exactly an hour to get to my destination. The driver loads my car onto the platform and we take off. But wait, he looses his phone so we have to pull over and find it but luckily it was still on his truck bed otherwise I'm sure he would have added that extra time onto my charge as well. Who knows, maybe he did!! We get to my destination in San Jose, he pulls out his calculator and invoice and tells me the best he can do is $370. I said $370? Why is it that much when you said it was $185.00 an hour? It only took an hour to get to my drop off point. He tells me that he has to charge me for the time it took from the phone call to get to me also. I say, Well why didn't you mention that when I asked you because I would have called around for another tow truck. Again he tells me that $370 is the best he can do for me. At this point I have no choice but to pay because now my car is stuck on the back of his truck bed. After he leaves, I realize that when he showed me the call that he took from the CHP it was only 1:30pm and he dropped me off at 3:00pm. So basically he charged me for 2 hours when in reality it was only 1 1/2 hours? Since it was late on Sunday I figured I would call the office and speak to a manager on Monday (today). So this morning I call and speak to a guy named Jeremy who said he was the manager. I tell him the situation and how I was over charged. He basically tells me that I was being charged for the time that it took the driver to get from the shop and back to the shop. So now the story changes. WTF? Are you serious?? What awful customer service does this company offer? He tells me that the CHP should have discussed pricing with me in the first place. How the CHP know this, he only makes the calls to help people get off the road. Don't blame it on the CHP, your freakin driver should have been up front in the beginning but thought he could take advantage of a girl stranded in high heels!! Bottome line people, If you wanna be screwed hard by a tow company, call them because they are not clear and up front about their fees... read more

Best service ever!!!! got stuck on the side of the road un the middle of the night with my entire family (3 young kids a dog and 2 adults) in the car including my dog. All the other tow truck companies in the area put me on hold for like 15 minutes. Bruce or whatever are called quoted me $95 a tow and $5 a mile after that and once they found out I had family in the car they put me on hold and never responded after that. Nobody helped me but All Pro answered the phone immediately and had our tire changed in an hour. I thought it was almost too good to be true and called the guy several times but he was very patient with me. I think his name was Dave. Thank you Dave u saved us! Your a Hero!!! read more

All Pro Towing broke the shifter on our vehicle, which cost my wife and I $600+ to repair (on top of the cost of the tow itself). After finding out about the problem, All Pro Towing has avoided all of our calls, letters, and emails. I live out of town and had to use them while visiting a relative otherwise I would stop by their shop. Very unfair, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume their business is struggling to make it through this tough time. I had an unfortunate circumstance in which my car broke down on the side of the highway which some of us have had experience with. Of course my first call was to roadside assistance who luckily sent Anthony to the rescue and I'm so glad they did. He went out of his way to make the situation better. I was almost 300 miles from home, frantic, worried, and stressed about the situation. I didn't have anyone to help but Anthony helped me find some options to get me back home and even took me to a few of them. He's got a big heart and it would have been much more difficult to get through the situation without him there. In the end he towed my car to the repair shop and dropped me off at the airport in San Jose so I could get home. I'm very grateful for people like him in the world. read more

Earlier today I stopped by the grocery store to do some shopping and accidentally locked my keys in my car. I called AAA and they connected me with All Pro Towing. I explained my situation and they came to the rescue in less than 5 minutes! Once they arrived, I had my keys back in my hand in about 2 minutes! They were extremely professional and efficient. I offered the driver a cash tip and Jerry tried to give it back to me! I insisted that he keep it because I was so impressed with their services. I would highly recommend this company to everyone! BEWARE- Snake in the grass company!!! There have been many occasions I have needed the services of a tow company. All Pro Towing is the worst I have ever seen, BY A LONGSHOT! These opportunistic tow-jockeys will take every advantage of your misfortune. They charge more than a doctor ($185/ hr) for the time it would take from the shop until the driver is back in his chair. And tell you with a straight face that $185 is reasonable.There is a 1 hour minimum charge regardless of whether or not it takes an hour. All Pro Towing are the people to call if you want someone to screw you hard for doing the absolute minimum required. I would seriously recommend calling ANYONE else if you have a choice. read more

I will try to make this short. My car was reported stolen Thursday night. Friday afternoon Gilroy police called and said that they found the vehicle (HOORAY). We told the police earlier not to tow it (Bad experiences in the past) but they ended up towing anyways as they found the person in the vehicle as well. Anyways calls come in at 4pm from the PD and they need to go to the PD to sign some release papers which took 45 minutes to do so on Saturday. Contacted the towing company Friday Pm to ask how much the damage was and and also explain that it was impossible to get to them on time as we are 45 minutes away. 1st phone call was quoted $410 and was told the the price would be the same the next day. 2nd phone was quoted the same price even after I tell them I will give them the vehicle( I am trying to avoid hassles plus I know they take care donations and buy cars). 3rd phone call I wanted to confirm what time on Sat they will be open and they said they are not open when I was told that I can pick up the next day earlier. After talking a few minutes more I found out that there is a FEE to call tow driver out on SAT in order to pick up my vehicle. 4th phone call , I had to explain the situation every time and asked to speak to a manager owner and was quoted $310. Hooray! Saturday came after spending 50 minutes at Gilroy PD mainly waiting I made an appointment to pick up the vehicle. Come Sat 10:30 AM saw 2 guy and was quoted $510 to get my car which I explained to the manager earlier I can give them / donate to them. ( are they charging to have two guys walk around the office!) Anyways I had to explain the Situation again but was loud enough totell them to contact a manager as I was getting different prices. Sat 11am paid $310 after a lot of explaining in an angry tone to them and having the guy contact his Manager. I had to follow them to another location the pick up my 95 camry. 11:10am We found the car started fine with my keys (gas empty hmm) and saw the passenger rear tire was almost flat. The tow driver said that they do not have an air compressor! Think about that for a minute! But he said he is willing to fork lift it to the road where I can change the tire but someone conveniently took the tire lug wrench. Camry gods have been cruel to us and we had enough and decided to give them the car when I just wanted to give away to a charity in the first placel. I was unwilling to to back and forth for another 1.5 hours to give it away and for that I am sorry. But that is my story.... read more

Last weekend, my Mercedes broke down on my way back from San Luis Obispo to Gilroy. I knew with a tow of over 150 miles it would not be cheap to get home. I called 4 different Tow companies and ALL PRO TOWING not only had the best price by far, but they were quick to dispatch a truck to pick me and my car up (on a Sunday I should add). Jerry, the owner, coordinated the effort and communicated well as to when the truck would get me. I live in a gated community and while unloading grocery's and trying to load kids( no more then 15 minutes). My cousin got towed! Really have some heart. Her purse and grocery's were still in the car. You could have handled this much better then sliding in taking the car and costing her 400.00 for 20 mins. Worst service ever!!!!
