I ordered the attached cake for my wife's bday. It was finger licking delicious. The cake was extremely fresh and made to our specifications. My wife and all our friends just loved it. The good think about the cake was the chocolate mousse filling with chopped strawberries. I don't like heavy cakes and the owner was like you won't regret it this is one of my specialty and I was sold out on it. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Elida's bakery is a very small business which is run out of the owner's home. Her products are always beautiful looking and so very tasty! I ordered a cookie cake for my mother in law for Mother's Day and the cookie was almost to pretty to eat! It was also a very soft, deep dish cookie so the servings did not need to be big to be filling. Today I tried her cake cups - tres leches and chocolate mousse. We are not use to Tres leche cake (it is very very moist/ soaked in milk), but we enjoyed it. The chocolate mousse cake was to die for - rich, silky, and sweet! I ordered a custom birthday cake and it turned out so beautifully. Working back and forth on the idea was easy and straightforward; they are very helpful and friendly to work with. Most importantly: the cake was absolutely delicious. I personally am not usually a big frosting person but even I couldn't stop eating it. The macarons on top were also very good. I definitely recommend and will be going to Elida's for any of my future bakery needs. Enjoy! read more

I called Elida's Bakery with a special request - to prepare gender reveal cupcakes for my husband and I. From the very first conversation, Elida was kind and incredibly accommodating....she was the only bakery in town that would allow us to deliver results in the morning and have cupcakes ready by the afternoon! And boy are we glad that this led us to her shop. The cupcakes were divine and beautifully decorated. She took great care in keeping it a surprise and expressed genuine excitement for us.
