I was in Allentown visiting on Valentine's Day. My sweet husband wanted to send me a bodacious,…read moreimpressive bouquet. He called Phoebe directly and worked with someone to get the colors he wanted and describe his vision. He said the woman helping him was very nice and helpful. I sent him a photo when the flowers arrived. They were very pretty, but he felt they were not at all what he ordered based on the price he'd paid. In addition, he ordered 12 truffles and only a box of six arrived. He called Phoebe and they were extremely apologetic. They promised a new bouquet would be delivered the next day, along with more truffles. The new bouquet was smaller but pretty. Having said that, we are still disappointed that the bodacious, beautiful bouquet that he ordered did not arrive on Valentine's Day. He paid extra for the "wow" factor and did not get it. Only four red roses came with the initial bouquet. It was large, but mostly greens. A box of twelve truffles would have had more unique flavors, so even that is disappointing. The initial bouquet barely lasted six days. Also disappointing. Good thing I could send him a picture, otherwise he would have never known he did not get what he paid for. You could get what they sent at a grocery store for a fraction of the price. While Phoebe tried to compensate and they were professional on the phone, we are both disappointed and unhappy with the size and quality of the arrangement. If you pay for something, you should get what you paid for; they should have sent a full box of twelve truffles to make up for their mistake.

My daughter attends university nearly 400 miles from home in a smaller town, where flower delivery can be surprisingly expensive. Flowers by Nora offered a reasonable price, so I placed an order for Valentine's Day. Afterward, I saw some of the negative reviews and started worrying that I might have made a mistake. I emailed them because I hadn't received a delivery confirmation or tracking information, and they responded promptly confirming that the flowers had been delivered as scheduled. More importantly, my daughter sent me a photo of the actual arrangement, and I was pleasantly surprised! The flowers looked lovely and were a good value for what I paid. My experience was positive, the flowers arrived on time, and I would use them again.

Second red flag delivery was scheduled for next day but got there 4 days late. I tried contacting them and I kept getting someone named 'V' she kept saying my order doesn't exist or was not found. 3 days later 'V' called saying the delivery was on the way and she would send me delivery confirmation. This was another lie. I never received a confirmation or any communication. On the day of delivery the recipient received the wrong flowers and more then half of the flowers were DEAD. When I sent 'V' a picture, she said the flowers get 'wilted' sometimes. No apology or sympathy. She then tried to offer me a 50% discount. I said absolutely not and demanded a refund. She said I had to talk to the 'finance dept' and request it with them. Once I was transferred, it was on hold while they contacted the local florist handlers they asked her to tell me to take 50% off again but I refused. Finance dept finally agreed and I held them on the phone until I received an email confirmation. The women was trying to get rid of me on the phone but I made sure she waited until the email was sent to me. This is by far the most saddest and embarrassing flower delivery services ever. DO NOT trust this site, or flowers by Eve, flowers by Nora, or Sunnyflowers, as they all are flowers brokers that take taking your money quickly, but order from local flowers shop who get paid a lot less as a result the flowers arrangements are poor and not what your originally promised thought their site.
