Great service and lovely plant/flowers! I live several states away and will probably never visit the store in person, but called yesterday around 1:30 to see about getting a same-day delivery of a flowering plant to a friend in that area (and thinking that due to the late timing, same day would be a longshot). The person on the phone was super helpful and efficient, both in describing options and arranging the purchase/delivery, and also went the extra mile and sent pictures of the plant arrangement before it went out, so I could see it. And the price was reasonable as well. The final product was beautiful and tastefully arranged, and the recipient loved it. Five stars! read more

This review is long overdue! One day I was feeling a little down so I wanted to get myself some white flowers. I've only been into Greens and Beans a handful of times- but when I went in this time I felt an overwhelming feeling of warmth and love once inside. It was like I was walking into a friends home! Unbeknownst to me there is a new owner!! And WOW I'm in awe of her! She is quite young- but super professional, knowledgeable, and to me most importantly incredibly kind and sweet!!! Since then I've been going in more often! It's like I'm gravitating towards them!! The new owners name is Kelsea!! And she remembers who I am- and always has a gorgeous smile on her face when I come in! The store itself has such beautiful items inside! There is something for everyone! I personally love all the metaphysical items she has! Crystals, candles, wind chimes, beautiful wall hangings. The quality of her flowers are amazing as well! I had reached out for this shop to be my florist for my wedding. I had called to come in/schedule to come in to go over options and idea. I was told not to come in and that they only do weddings through email. I was told i can only send in pictures of what i would like and everything that i would need. They would then send a quote. Great place to find flowers in Clinton! When I visit my grandmother, I always find myself having to drive 30+ minutes in order to find flowers of quality. They have a great selection of potted plants--like hydrangeas--in addition to their walk in flower cooler where you can buy by the stem. Very glad to have found this shop. Staff was friendly as well. I've mostly gone there for individual plants and home decorating. I really love the cute and almost witchy atmosphere of the store itself! They have two adorable and fluffy cats that like to roam the store or watch you intently from a perch near the ceiling, which I find very endearing and which adds quite a lot to my experience there. As for the plants, they have a really good selection considering the size of the store, with many ideas for decorating and styling. Staff has always been INCREDIBLY helpful when it came to any questions, concerns or help I needed knowing about different plants or having them rehoused in different containers. Often I have gone to get new 'homes,' for older plants, and have always found what I was looking for. If you like plants, they really are a great little store to find new friends and have a great stock re-do. Besides plants, they also have some other cute things, incense, palo santo wood, some gift items, and other items for home decor. I've never used them for an event, but if I was in the area I would definitely contact them. read more

This shop is indeed and cute but the customer service is abysmal. I was sold wrist corsages for a special event from a book of beautiful pictures but when I picked them up they were nothing like the photos. I was told that they don't do them like the book. Why show pictures then? The corsages were still nice but not worth the $25 price tag since the flowers fell off after 1 hour. Also, the wrist band was uncovered velcro and ruined by daughter's dress. When I called to express my displeasure the woman on the phone couldn't even bring herlself to apologize or put me on with the owner. I wil certainly never use this florist again, but I don't believe they care at all. read more

Julie is amazing! I met with several florists for my wedding and she was the only one that gave me piece of mind. She was so easy to work with and took the pressure off of me. I showed Julie one photo of what I liked and she was able to take that and make it unique to my wedding. Her decoration of the church and the reception venue was flawless. Julie made the "day of" so easy and dropped off everything between 4 places (the day of, not the night before!!) to make it that much more convenient for us. I received so many compliments from people because they had never seen anything like these arrangements yet they were so beautiful. I ordered by phone a arrangement for my wife for Valentines Day. I requested 50.00. With delivery charge and tax it was over 60.00 and the flowers were few. I asked for 4 roses and got small purple ones and a few other flowers but mostly greens. My wife was shocked at what I told her the flowers cost. I use to purchase in person. I will not go back. We used Greens & Beans for our flowers for our wedding this past weekend and can't even begin to say how wonderful of an experience we had. It was probably the easiest step in our whole wedding planning process. I had interviewed three other florists in the area, and having no knowledge on flowers, just went with my gut on who to hire. The shop felt whimsical and unique, honestly I felt like I was in a shop straight out of Beauty and the Beast. From the beginning, Julie was truly a joy to work with. She was not pushy whatsoever, understood my lack of knowledge on flowers (unlike another florist who told me I should do my "homework" before going to meet with her and taking up her time), and honestly just made me feel at ease. Flowers were on the bottom of my priority list, I didn't really know what I wanted other than for them to look pretty and fit in my budget. Julie asked for pictures and swatches of my dress, my bridesmaid dresses, and then worked her magic. She was very easy to communicate with and had no problem having to move my pick-up time on the day of my wedding due to the down pouring rain. When the flowers arrived in the bridal suite, I was truly blown away at how beautiful they were! So much better than anything I could have found on Pinterest. My bouquet was perfect and was even wrapped in scraps from my wedding gown. The altar pieces were incredible and fit my theme and venue perfectly. I have to say one of my favorite surprises were the corsages for the mothers/grandmothers. They were the cutest corsages I have ever seen: cute, compact, and light. I was so impressed with this shop and Julie and would go out of my way to Clinton to use them for any other flowers I need in the future.
