Three weeks before Mother's Day, my daughter ordered a $90 floral arrangement from Flowers By Nora for delivery. The first photo shows what was advertised online, and the second photo shows what we actually received. The arrangement delivered was about one-third the size of what was pictured and honestly looked nothing like what was ordered. To make matters worse, it was delivered the day before Mother's Day instead of on the actual holiday. When we contacted the company, they did nothing to make it right. Their policy apparently allows them to substitute arrangements at any time, but this was far beyond a reasonable substitution. I would never order from Flowers By Nora again. I did not get an email when I ordered, which is a red flag. However after calling and following up, a delivery was made. The delivery was two orchids and the response was in their substitution policy they can choose what is available. I paid for same-day delivery to have flowers delivered for my mother's birthday, and my mother did not receive the flowers that we chose from the website. The picture aligns with the description. What was delivered was a bouquet of red carnations and greenery. There was no roses, no holly, no red foil vase, and no holiday ribbon.
