I fell again and have been having migraines, dizziness and vertigo. I booked a flight to California…read morea few weeks ago but feared my head pain issues would be a hindrance to the trip. I saw Rehana today to figure out what's going on. I was diagnosed with post concussion syndrome and need to reschedule my trip. Due to SI joint disfunction, I've had trouble walking and getting around. I'm not sleeping well, too. She ordered a CT scan and we're going to figure out a PT program to deal with the SI joint issue. I love coming here because I always receive top notch, quality care. Rehana and other care team members are always attentive and accommodating. I can't thank them enough.

Unfortunately I do have to rate this practice one star- I wish I didn't have such a bad experience…read morethere but I wanted to let others know because I wish I looked deeper into the reviews. I want to start by saying the doctors themselves (I only saw Dr Beth) and the ultrasounds techs and phlebotomists (seriously LOVEDDD them!!) are absolutely incredible really. i have no issues with the back of house staff whatsoever it's the front of the house that's the issue. The first experience I had was in August of 2024 when I believed I was having a miscarriage, I was a new patient and they got me in for blood work to confirm. This was my second pregnancy and would've been my very first miscarriage. I called a few hours later for results and the woman on the phone was so inconsiderate and lacked so much empathy during this, she said "What exactly are you looking for?" after asking for my results and I said I had bloodwork done and was looking to see if I was having a miscarriage. She said "Um well yeah you're not pregnant anymore." I said "I had a miscarriage?" she said "You're not pregnant anymore." I was absolutely heartbroken and even though I knew this outcome could happen it still would've been nice to have had some empathy during that from someone. I ended up getting pregnant again in May of 2025 and decided to give them another shot- and now after 2 months of going there I'm going to another practice for the remainder of my pregnancy. Their payment plans are very unorthodox to where they look at your insurance and estimate your total cost through delivery and ask you to pay monthly and pay up by 32 weeks i'm assuming so they can kick you out of the practice if you haven't paid...my estimate was $764 a month. I had asked many questions about this and said "Will anything be submitted to insurance or will I have to do that myself?" "What if i lose the baby halfway through the pregnancy and at that point have already paid for half the L&D that won't happen?" and the lady responded "We just want to ensure we get paid." The billing department also called me constantly to talk to me condescendingly and in my opinion almost gave a vibe that I "can't afford this practice" it was almost like they were telling me I was too poor to stay..she asked me if I could apply to Medicaid? Not knowing my situation whatsoever. Another thing is their scheduling department. It's almost as if no one there actually knows what work the office does..everytime I call it's almost as if they're wanting to say "Why are you calling an OB office for OB appointments??" couldn't be bothered, and when they don't understand the appointment type you need, they schedule you for an ultrasound even if you don't need one. I personally think they were trying to raise my bill because they knew I was leaving. At 13 weeks pregnant, I have had 4 ultrasounds...while having a completely normal pregnancy and they cost ~$150 each. As I said, the back of house is lovely, so kind, and listens to your concerns. The way the actual business is run is disorganized, they lack empathy, and only care about money.

I've been seeing Dr. Bush since I was a teenager. I don't wanna give my age away or anything but…read moreit's been nearly 20 years now! I started seeing hm when I was a baby. LIterally. I was a virgin the first time I saw him and hadn't even seen a gynecologist before. He was wonderful from the very beginning and hasn't changed one bit over the years. Honestly, I can't say enough about him. Not only is he my favorite physician but he's the BEST doctor I've ever had. He's personable, skilled, gentle, warm and competent. He has a wonderful beside manner and truly cares about his patients. He's not the kind of doctor who will sit with you for five minutes and leave. He takes his time with each patient listening or offering medical information, opinions, advice and support. He'll also inquire about your personal life and speak openly about his life. He's truly a gem. I don't think he's old enough to be my grandpa but that's kinda what he reminds me of... a dad or grandpa. He's very much like a warm, parental figure. Perhaps I see him that since I've seen him for so long? He's the only doctor that I go out of my way to see (40 min drive) and the only one that I actually look forward to seeing! I told him during my last visit that I wish he could be my physician for everything!!! He laughed and said that a lot of his patients tell him that. That was of no surprise to me! If you google him you'll see that he's received stellar review across multiple sites that are well deserved. (Vitals, Google, Healthgrades) The only down side to seeing him is that the wait times are sometimes lengthy. Sometimes he's in surgery or other times he's just backed up from taking his time with each patient. My suggestion is to book appointments early in the day. That'll shave off some of the waiting time. Dr. Bush also has an office in Orland Park. The office in Flossmoor closed a few years ago. Dr. Bush shares his practice with his daughter, Dr. Cerise Bush and Dr. Maureen Mieteski. Dr. Bush also has a son (named John Bush!) who practices gynecology in the Park Ridge/Des Plaines area.

My mother has been going to Dr. Luke for years. I went to him for birth control about a year ago…read more(when I was 19). I wanted an IUD and was given a brochure, we had a conversation and Dr. Luke said it was ordered and should arrive in about a month and they will call me when it comes in. Over a month later, no phone call and I called the office to find out that no order had been placed for the IUD. My mother brings this up in her next visit with Dr. Luke and he says he would never recommend an IUD to a 19 year old and doesn't remember my visit. This is not the first time I had a bad experience trying to get birth control from this office. I went once when I was 18 to get an IUD, and instead they prescribed me birth control pills which I had to stop taking because of the side effects. I never wanted to take the pill but felt pressured and talked into it by the nurse who consulted me, and didn't know at the time how to say no to it. Not sure what's up with this place. Overall a very strange and frustrating experience, especially as a young woman trying to take care of herself. I didn't feel like a valued patient at this practice, in fact I essentially didn't exist. Still confused about all of this.
