Dr. Morris is one of the top doctors in his field, and he's incredibly knowledgeable. He's my favorite physician in the world and I was his patient years ago. He performed a surgery, and I can barely find the incision scars. If you need someone dedicated to helping you, Dr. Morris is the doctor for you. He can't guarantee you any results, but he'll provide you with the best scientific evidence-based treatment protocol possible. His staff was pretty awesome too. read more

I was diagnosed seven years ago, but I didn't hear from them, and then all of a sudden, I got a bill that was thousands of dollars. Numerous other issues as well. An employee named Annie is the worst and has no place working in healthcare. I suggest you go elsewhere as they clearly show no empathy when dealing with patients who are going through the worst time of their lives. Is the doc okay? Maybe? Most offices turn you away or take your money and just throw anything at your uterus and hormones. Dr. Morris is a scientist, meticulous and thoughtful. He develops a long term plan because if a doctor recommends one and done at this age, you should run. He was the doctor that advised the CDC on fertility and the COVID-19 vaccine during the pandemic. Regardless of where you decide to receive treatment you must be aligned and feel connected to your doctor. It doesn't always happen even at the most successful clinics. After collecting tens of thousands of dollars for two failed IVF cycles, multiple rounds of genetics testing, this inconsiderate, insensitive and possibly fraudulent office sent a $336 bill to collections. If you are a couple with fertility issues beyond the norm, avoid this office. Dr. Morris has a system he follows with rare deviation allowing him to help some couples, but does not dig deep info into issues to help couples with complications. Instead of prescribing blood thinners (which are working for us after leaving this practice), Dr. Morris prescribed Januvia (which did not work). The whole staff is wonderful -- special shout out to Mr. Hi (who works in the lab) and is outstanding and provides calming and pain free experiences time after time. The facility is modern and inviting. Procedures and appointments run on time without fail and scheduling is a breeze. Their online portal makes navigating documents, test results, and current cycle instructions so easy. Even though it can be an emotional experience, I always felt like my concerns were heard and addressed and each experience was met with genuine care and sincerity. I began care with Dr Morris at age 14 for a PCOS diagnosis, I am now 32 years old. For years I had extremely positive experiences, even while experiencing loss and bad news, the staff and doctors were always compassionate and kind. I recently suffered a failed embryo transfer and when calling back to start next steps I was transferred directly to billing told I owe money (To which I was on a payment plan for) they said they don't do payment plans, weird because on the 15th of each month I see the payment from my bank. They would not work with me to begin my treatment which did I mention was less than 24 hours away and had already placed a $209 medication order. I was told pay in full or we can't help you. Needless to say I'm at a loss for words and if a policy of such magnitude was changed all patients should have been made aware. Leaving me in the dark and then telling me when it's basically too late either pay or nothing I was and am completely heart broken. No patient should be treated so poorly by the billing department especially in a fertility clinic. Now my embryos are stuck there until I can come up with money to pay off debt because I did speak to 3 different clinics that all do payment plans, I unfortunately chose wrong. Dr. Morris along with his nurse practitioner are awesome. I had a couple appointments in person and a couple over the phone, they are really helpful. If you are calling for the first time avoid talking to Angie at all costs she comes off as rude, I didn't know what I needed to get my first appointment and she was no help what so ever. Jocelyn on the other hand is outstanding. As for the nurses it's a hit or miss. Some are really lovely, like Katie and some have bad days. The woman who does the ultrasounds is outstanding. She has such a positive attitude. Makes up for when the nurses are having a bad day. The phlebotomists are really nice as well and are good at what they do. read more

If I could give negative stars to this a-hole "doctor", I would. Met him for a consult, as I have PCOS and had 3 failed rounds of clomid. He was unprofessional, RUDE, and as others have stated, lacks compassion and kindness. If you don't care if your doctor is cold or not, then I guess feel free to meet him. He was a complete jerk. The entire 40 minute consult, all he talked about were the risks of being overweight. I know I'm overweight. I don't need you to spend 40 minutes talking about it. Tell me what we CAN DO to get us pregnant. This journey is already VERY emotional; your patients don't need you discussing such personal issues for 40 freaking minutes to make them feel like garbage. His office is fancy, I'll give him that. But I'd rather see my now RE, who is also in Naperville, and actually has a bedside manner, and put a PLAN in place for us. AVOID this doctor. read more

Many years of ttc naturally and other clinics with no results. We read online how great Dr Morris is with his ivf success rates, so we gave it try. I'm glad we did. From the first consultation to the relaxing music during procedures to graduation it was an amazing experience. We used both the Naperville and Plainfield locations for my early morning follow ups. We were very comfortable with Dr. Morris and his staff. They had excellent communication and were wonderful in answering all my questions no matter who I spoke to. The facility is a work of art, clean and everything that needed to be done was done in one location. The patient portal was easy to navigate and very useful during and after my ivf. You sit around a waiting area, feel like a number and get 10 minutes of your doctor's time if you are lucky. The experience I have had at this office has been so different from that. When every other doctor and given my husband and I negativity and no answers, this doctor spent genuine time with us, giving us facts and answers. We have been treated phenomenally by the staff here. Going though infertility is not an easy road but Dr. Morris and his staff answer all of your questions and give you hope. He is very professional. I'm halfway through my first round of IVF and felt compelled to write about my experience so far. Obviously, if this works and we have a healthy baby I will be over the moon, but there is only so much doctors can control and I don't think it would be fair to judge them solely on the outcome. There are a couple of negative reviews, and the only thing I can attribute this to is the fact that this is an overly sensitive time. If you are here, you have spent the last year + in a very upsetting struggle. I think Dr. Morris is great, always been straight forward and actually pretty funny, but I don't expect my doctor to be super personable. Most doctors aren't. But let's be honest, who do you deal with 95% of the time? The nursing staff. I can't say enough about the staff here. If you are doing IVF you are probed and pricked more times than you can count, so it is refreshing to know that even though you are going in almost every day the staff is quick and friendly. The guys in the blood lab are always offering positive chatter to keep you from realizing you have no veins left that haven't been recently tapped into. The nursing staff that helps you with your meds is the best, which you will need. It is very confusing and very very overwhelming, but they break it down for you so you can handle it. I was in and out in every ultrasound in 5 minutes. They keep a really nice up to date portal with everything you need, but are quick to tell you to call with questions. I always get someone live to talk to or a call back in a matter of minutes. The surgical suite downstairs is very clean and the staff is unbelievable. Soo nice. I've had my HSN and my egg retrieval done and although it's not a fun experience, they made it the best it could be. I wish I remembered the gal that has done my preop both times because she is great at her job. (Blonde hair, tall, pretty that's about as best I can do ha) And Barbie, so nice as she works with you in the back. There are other gals that are very helpful behind the scenes, thank you, and I apologize for not knowing your names. So far, this office has reaffirmed my faith in the process! After 2 disappointing rounds of IVF at a large Chicago area chain with many locations, I came to Dr. Morris for a consultation. He had reviewed the stack medical records I provided and presented a 3 prong approach to tackling my particular issue. The other clinic wanted to keep doing what we were doing with disappointing results. This first round with Dr. Morris - our third in total - got us more quality embryos and eggs than the other 2 cycles elsewhere combined. My husband and I went to IVF1 shortly after we suffered a miscarriage after natural conception. Our reason for going to IVF1 was due to my advanced maternal age (41). I had a very good experience working with Dr. Morris and his amazing team. I had a million questions along the way and the nurses always took their time to talk me through them. They were not pushy and didn't push us into doing IVF right away, but when the time came and we were ready, they were on board. Dr. Morris was always very realistic about our game plan and situation. We approached Dr. Morris after a long and disappointing journey of trying to get pregnant on our own. Our journey until then included multiple rounds of Clomid and a failed IUI. We knew that ours was a case of unexplained infertility and the doctor confirmed this after a few initial tests. Rather than spend valuable time in identifying and treating the root cause, Dr. Morris recommended IVF right away. We were afraid of a complicated process and also the high costs of IVF and wanted to go through an IUI with Dr. Morris, which failed. This failure gave us the push needed to try IVF as the last option. I am the type of person who is extremely careful about the medications going into my body and any side-effects caused. Dr. Morris and his nurses were very patient through all my questions (before and during my IVF journey). Dr. Morris knew what it would take to get us pregnant, he was as scientific as can be and is an expert at his trade. We got pregnant on the first IVF with our daughter. It will soon be 2 years since the embryo implantation, I cannot thank Dr. Morris enough for his recommendation to go through an IVF and for staying with us through the procedure. Dr. Morris was always straight forward and professional. He and his staff gave us the time we needed to get comfortable with the process/procedure as well as stayed with us through the entire journey. I was able to pick up the phone on any day (including weekends) and call the nurse to talk through my symptoms, timing of the injections etc. The nurses and staff are very knowledgeable and are always eager to help. They even worked with my insurance to keep my out of pocket expenses as low as possible. We live 3 hours away from Naperville, the staff did their best to accommodate us on their weekend calendars so that our work lives didn't get disturbed. I was able to save my time-off days at work for when I really needed them. Dr. Morris had a plan for me and he carefully adjusted the plan to suit my timing, symptoms and needs. They were able to accommodate the daily/regular ultrasounds from my home-town and I (or my home-town clinic) needed to fax the results to their office the same day for the doctor to adjust dosage of medication for that day. In retrospect, I cannot appreciate enough their focus on details on a daily basis and one-on-one attention! I have been to other doctors through my years of trying to conceive and have gone through failures, negativity as well as incorrect diagnosis with other doctors. I do not expect my infertility doctor to sugar coat reality or be my friend/psychiatrist. Dr. Morris had facts and answers to my questions. He is polite, efficient and is dedicated to giving his patients a successful and healthy pregnancy, which is exactly what I needed. I am thankful to my mom & sister-in-law for finding Dr. Morris through online sources and I hope this review helps others trying to conceive. read more

One thing I would like to address is that, yes you will not be able to see Dr Morris without a consult appointment. However, this is because he's likely doing surgery, not golfing in West Palm. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Morris and his team. After TTC for over a year (I am now 35) we went to see him. He talked with us about all the possible reasons why a couple can have difficulty and how he "fixes" those issues. We instantly felt hopeful:) The office is run like a well-oiled machine. They're on top of their business! No mix-ups or "did you get this test yet?" questions. THEY KNOW EVERYTHING. All you need to do is follow instructions and they handle the rest. Everyone-from the front desk to the people drawing your blood to the nurses to the ultrasound tech-is SO NICE. Warm and friendly, like they actually care who you are. I never felt like a number. Anyway-did a natural cycle monitor (u/s's and blood tests galore) and after my (relatively painless) HCG procedure BOOM! Pregnant! Unfortunately now I have "graduated" onto a regular OB but I really miss these guys. They will spoil you. No one will compare! read more

At 28 this doctor told me that I was having POF( Pre Ovarian Failure). He told me we needed to start IVF right away if I ever wanted children. This was obviously a huge shock and very stressful at the time. He ran a few blood test and 4 days later I received an email from his billing department asking for the full IVF payment without ever being sat down and talked through the process. All he wanted was our money. Our insurance was not covering this so I decided to get a second opinion with a highly reviewed specialist. This doctor was also concerned with my AMH levels but did not suggest IVF right away. He asked us to try naturally for a few months and then return if we had not conceived. A few months later I returned and within 5 minutes and a pelvic exam, he suggested I may have endometriosis. I scheduled surgery for the following month to have it removed. After the removal of endo, I received my period and I ovulated for the first time! I also became pregnant during that menstrual cycle and I am now 16 weeks pregnant!! Not only did Dr. Morris tell me I would never have children naturally, he told me if I did, I would most likely miscarry or have a child with down syndrome. This is fortunately not the case. He caused a lot of unnecessary stress and sent my husband and I on an emotional and financial roller coaster. I am so thankful for my fertility specialist! He continued to give us hope and faith and helped us conceive without spending our life savings. Please get a second opinion if you choose to see this doctor. read more

Staff is great but the doctor leaves much to be desired. I'm currently in my 8th month of working with this office and feel trapped because of not wanting to start over elsewhere. In that time I have only seen the doctor five times. Three of those times was right before having procedures done in the surgical center. You aren't allowed to call to talk to the doctor. You aren't allowed to leave messages. You can only leave a message in the patient portal and he might get back to you in a few days. The nurses try very hard to handle all questions. They are the caregivers and the blessing to the office. No emotional support is given from the doctor. Any information that the nurses can't answer and I have to research it myself. I would give only one star but his nurses deserve better. Bad news? You will only get that from the nurses. This doctor does not come out of his office for that. Other doctors will at least call to see how you are handling the bad news. Dr Morris will not. read more

Dr Morris and his staff at IVF1 are the best. The friendly ladies in the reception area always made us feel welcome even when we were chronically late they always managed to fit us in. Despite numerous blood tests and my aversion to needles the lab staff was always kind and gentle and put me at ease. The sonographer was so efficient and professional while still being warm and caring. Dr Morris is very thorough with everything and I always felt that I could trust that he would leave nothing to chance when it came to my care. My experience with Dr. Morris and his staff was great. The procedures, tests, and schedules were all very clear to me because the staff was all on the same page; they could always answer my questions or find someone who could right away. The fact that we could also access our care plan online was wonderful when the office was closed. The office staff is very friendly, and even though I was only in and out of the office for a couple months, they recognized me and made me feel like they were all on my "team." I previously had a fairly poor experience with another fertility clinic, and I can say that Dr. Morris and his practice is much better than some of the others in the area. Infertility is a very difficult problem to have. It is sooo emotional. I tried to do a lot of research when my OB told me that we would need to see a fertility specialist. She gave me two names. Dr. Morris had better reviews online but the other doctor was closer to where we live so we went to see her first. Bottom line- it was a mistake. Our experience at Dr Morris' office was so different and so good from the beginning. His staff confirmed our insurance coverage before we ever set foot in the door. We willed out our medical history online (how cool is that?) and then we met with the doctor. He had already reviewed our information online and our medical records (I forgot to say - they asked for these to be sent ahead of time so they have time to review them) It turns out that my husband has very low sperm counts. We needed IVF. I sort of suspected this even before we went to see him. Dr. Morris explains the process. The nurses gave instructions for medications. I am 34 and currently pregnant 23 weeks of twin boys. Thanks, Dr Morris! He's very brief, to the point, and very professional. I went to Naperville office. He's the only doctor there and the building is own by him. So all the data base, nurses, lab etc only works for him which is excellent. Won't messing up with another doctor whatsoever. Every other day appointment for follicles stimulation is always smooth and quick. Never wait more than 5 mins. Paperwork are all electronic signatures. Patient portal online made the communication and instruction and lab result is always up-to-date to be reviewed when I got home. Operating room and recovery room are all high tech, new, and very clean. Free parking on the right side of the building. Eggs removal procedure I had was very smooth as well. Implantation was a breeze. The injection class by the nurse was fun! You know, IVF require you to inject yourself a lot in your stomach. He's excellent in what he's doing! I was recommend to go to FCI since I live in Chicago and its only 5 mins drive. But, all reviews are just so bad and that scares me off.
