I told her I needed coverage starting November 24, and she said it would be simple since she could find everything on the Zillow listing. After that first call, I never heard back. I followed up on the 19th to confirm she had my correct email, and she said she'd get back to me soon--but again, nothing. I tried calling her on the 21st, left a voicemail, and still no response. She completely ghosted me. This company is unbelievably unprofessional. I ended up finding another broker over the weekend who actually got me insured by the 24th. I chose this company because of their positive reviews and years in business, but my experience was awful. Do not waste your time with them.

I have had Allstate Insurance in the past and have always been very satisfied…read more The local agency was covering my Homeowners, Auto, Coop and Personal Umbrella Policies. My personal agent at this agency was Roni Affissio. I was recently quoted a major savings in the cost of my policies. When I tried to cancel, as instructed by my new insurance company. My agent Roni Affissio would not let me, after 3 visits to the office for the purpose of cancelling my policies, I was literally thrown out by Roni Affissio. On my first 2 visits to cancel I was instructed by my agent as to what I had to do to cancel my policies. Every time I arrived at the office and gave her the information she responded by telling me I needed to give her some more information. By the third visit she told me to call the Allstate after hours number to cancel, so I did. On 12/14/2020, I contacted an Allstate agent that night. She was extremely helpful and could not understand why the Alan Aronson Agency was making it extremely difficult (actually impossible) to cancel my insurance. The Allstate agent I had spoken to sent me emails to cancel my policies the next day. I was very satisfied and further told Allstate about my current situation with the Aronson Agency. After contacting and discussing one of my policies with Allstate directly, I further learned that there was a major flaw in one of my policies. As a result of my experience with this Agent, I have also filed a formal complaint with the New York State Department of Finance.
