About two or three years ago I came to this…read moreplace to do my taxes because I believed H&R Block to be a legit company with years of experience and many branches. I never received my refund, after a year I contacted the IRS. These people never filed my taxes. But they were sure to charge me upwards of $200 to do my taxes. I called them and I had to prove to them I paid them, even though I'm positive they have record of this obviously they had my taxes in the office when I went to show my proof of payment via credit card bill. Mind you they did t NOT file them because they thought I didn't pay, they just forgot ? They refunded me but I had to wait and also go back in office for a paper check. SMH
