She told me she had to find the right needle and type of thread to use so that the patches don't rip off or damage the pack during use. It took a few weeks to get it done. But it was well worth the wait see the pics. I would recommend this place for any of your sewing needs.

I went to the store because I had received an email (see below) that they were having 30% off. It's about a 35 min drive for me. When I walked in a gentleman was the only person there. I asked him about the sale. He said it was only Pfaff machines and accessories. I pointed out the signs displayed and my email, and he just kept rereading it out-loud. Like he was trying to justify what he told me. Anyway, finally, he asked "well, what exactly did you want to purchase with the discount?" I had already told him notions, stabilizers, etc. Frankly, I felt offended by this question. As if I needed to beg him for each item. So I simply said, "nothing, thank you" and left. Meanwhile, I'm still getting emails, one today saying the sale ends tomorrow, and please post review to yelp, Facebook etc. So here is your review, sorry.
