We had placed an order 10 days before our event. Our order was Simple a cake in a simple color,blue, with happy birthday written on there. We went to pick it up and were told to wait 15 min. After 15 came back in and was told just another 5 min. 5 min goes by and someone else came out and said they never made our cake. They can make a smaller size instead and compensate 1/2 our money back or else refund us our money. Is this even a choice at that time when it was the day of the event?!? So we choice the smaller size of course. Come to find out later that day when we cut into the cake all the cream spilled out of the cake like melted ice cream and the only thing holding it together on the outside was the fondant. I emailed the owner and nothing no response not even an apology. Not a good way to do business. And a horrible way to celebrate our son's first bday!!! Never will i recommend them to anyone for a customer cake or order ever again.

He doesn't like a lot of sweets in the US (compared to India) because things can be a little cloying in comparison. He LOVED the delicate rose flavor (not overbearing at all, definitely ok if you don't like rose), cut gulab jamun pieces inside, and the soft, whipped icing. Normally TGTG orders are a surprise, and you don't know what's inside, but this shop chose to specify exactly what would be inside the bag and then gave me something else. Shop was clean and bright and smelled wonderful. That said, despite the language barrier, the gentleman in the shop was warm and inviting, with an infectious smile, and a desire for people to love his baked goods, so I purchased the cookies I wanted anyway. :)
