After 30 minutes I went back up to the window and asked her if she had the information she needs and she responded "yes". I said, okay were you going to tell me? Why wouldn't she communicate that to me? I would have been sitting there for a hour or longer if I didn't say something. Then some assistant with pink and blue hair (unprofessional) said to me there are only 2 doctors here. It's busy and you will have to wait. What the hell! What receptionists say that to a patient in a doctors office. I've never been treated this horrible way at any physicians establishment. Cecola was fine.
