I called their office to see the status and her nurse stated my records were at the other office and she would have to call me back. I still have yet to receive a call from them. I could hear him in the halls talking and laughing about his weekend but never bothered to see me. I then came out the exam room and politely told the nurse I have been here for over an hour how much longer would it be? She completely ignored me. So, I left and will find another ENT. If this had been the first time, then ok no big deal but it is literally every time I go there it's over an hour wait. He spends less than 5 minutes with a patient the walls are paper thin so you can hear him in every room bragging about himself and discussing patients' illness. So much for HIPAA I guess. There are many other choices I would definitely not go to this clinic and see fatakia.
