A few days later, he came in to thank me for my recommendation: "They came out right away, they diagnosed and fixed the problem, and their bill was VERY reasonable." Personal: Two years ago, my blower died in December, so I called All Valley and James came out right away and replaced it. Ahh, heat again! And just TONIGHT, with temps dropping and snow falling, my furnace once more refused to work. So I called the after-hours number, and Anthony called me back. He walked me through the trouble-shooting, and told me exactly how much an emergency service call would cost, for him to come out and replace the digital thermostat. I asked if they could come out on a Friday afternoon when I could be home. I was told they could only do 9 am on Friday, as a special request. I received quotes from 4 other HVAC companies in Missoula for our project, and none of them had issues meeting us at a time when we could be off of work. My shower was leaking at the shower head and needed a simple washer for bathroom sink. He took about an hour for what he did. Then he lied to me about he said he was done and told me the water would stop leaking in about an hour. He presented me a bill for $690.00 and I was aghast, I at no time was paid it with my Visa card was there an estimate of cost. Which I would have found an alternative plumber. He just started on the job. I should have my pants down as if I was getting screwing by Garden City Plumbing. One star for service requested. One star for quality. Minus 5 stars for value.
