They were pulling in my driveway at 8:55, gathered their tools and a new disposer. Long story short they had done a very clean install and triple tested it in 30 minutes. There was a licensed plumber, with an apprentice. Both, very polite and courteous. It's a pleasure to do business with someone who treats you right. Then he lied to me about he said he was done and told me the water would stop leaking in about an hour. He presented me a bill for $690.00 and I was aghast, I at no time was paid it with my Visa card was there an estimate of cost. Which I would have found an alternative plumber. Stating a price of $25,000!!! We said no way can do that so he proceeded to try to sell us coming down to $6000 not counting putting in a whole new flue in our chimney. We declined he left after doing absolutely nothing except the sales pitch. We get a bill for $279!!! This company will try to rip you off and not do anything. Don't come anyway near them. We ended up getting a new burner from another company for $250, less than what this rip off company charged us for NOTHING!! They are thieves!
