I asked if their calls were recorded; she said yes. So I told her to go listen to the call where she sold me the package -- January 8th, 2025 between 5-6 PM. She said she and her manager would review it and call me back. They never did. No apology. No explanation. No solution. They also refused to share the recording. I asked if I'd be able to hear it once they found it. She said no. At this point it's pretty clear: do not get tattoo removal here. You would think that during these unprecedented times, they would be taking precautions and following CDC guidelines with their customers and staff. Not the case in this office. My appointment was at 2:20 PM on September 4th, and it was 3:10 PM and I still wasn't seen. I was still waiting in that waiting room while people kept coming in and out, one after the other, and the technician was still unavailable to see me. Horrible experience. We make appointments for a reason!!!!!! It's understandable having to wait 10, 15 minutes, maybe even 30 minutes, but 50 minutes????? Come on. More exposure for me to have gotten Covid-19!!! Never going back there again. They lost my business of over 5 years. I would however, try their coral way location.
