I have a 50 yr old three floor condo that has (most likely) never had the ducts cleaned out. mold was blowing out my vents after a new AC install and that's why I called them. They protected all the areas of my home and got to work- they vacuumed, brushed and sanitized all my ducts many times over- the amount of mold in my ducts was DISTURBING (to say the least!). It took several hours to get every duct cleaned out but they did all the work and left my condo very clean and smelling great when they were finished. I'm sure the amount of nastiness in my ducts are in the top five of worst they ever seen! I will be bringing them back in a year for a follow up clean. The air in my condo already is crisper And the musty smell in my home is gone. So glad I had them come out and they were incredibly friendly and honest as well. I know they were more affordable than the other companies that do this and the price never went up when they saw how much work my job would be- and it was a lot of work! I wasn't home when they showed up to clean the ducts, my boyfriend was. The person who showed up seemed to be having a rough day and seemed irritated to have to be there. It seemed like they cleaned the vents and did a decent enough job. I showed up about halfway through and when I got there he seemed to be in better spirits and friendlier. I asked some questions about concerns we had and maintenance and the man obliged in answering but was dismissive about it. The cleaning was fairly priced so I would recommend for regular maintenance but if you're wanting good attention to detail for something that's been left for a while you might want to shop around

We are assigned a salesman- Tanner Scarber. He called us before the appointment time and called us again letting us know he ran into traffic and would be a few minutes late. This made a big impression on me - keeping us informed of his arrival and not keeping us in the dark. Tanner was pleasant and asked us a few questions then took a look at our units and the home. He asked us if we were satisfied with the cooling and heating we currently have. Yes. We told him we just wanted a quote on how much it would be to replace the units we have since they were getting old and didn't want them to die in the summer heat or winter cold. Tanner was not pushy, he didn't try to push us into a system that was expensive or something that we didn't need. He made sure that we received our discounts from Lennox and the gas company. He got right to the point of our unit. He understood that we could wait to buy and let us make the decision. No scare tactics. Tanner is just a person who you could trust. When he told us the price, I felt it was fair and what I was expecting. I would highly recommend Tanner and Aire Serv for honest repairs and sales.
