They did call me and I will always choose Lightfoot for my ac/heating needs. Jerry was very nice, fixed the problem and now I'm on my way to some cold air! I had also called another company and they kept telling me the technician called me but I didn't answer so nobody came out. I explained the breaker tripping and a Church sign not working. They found the short and the Sign worked just then. Then they closed up junction boxes and left.They were on the Site Just under 1 hr Billed 275.00. The Sign did not come on, I had another Electrician come out ( Not from Hood LLC ) The Hot wire to the sign were not connected and it was the Box Hood connected before they left. Over site by Hood LLC,I don't know, If you use them make sure it all works before you let them leave and Pay close attention to the Hrs they are on the site. Good Luck
