If there's one thing I pride myself on is doing my due diligence to find great service providers---I've only been wrong two times since moving to TX. This time was no exception. I hired this fine father and son duo and they are the BEST. The son Orlington was extremely courteous on the phone, was eager to do business, and laid out the pricing options to set expectations. The previous owner didn't mention or document dryer duct cleaning and my wife felt it could've been better. So they got right to work, moved our dryer and duct, and went to town. Take a look at this pic. This is only ***half*** of what they pulled out. After evacuating all of the dryer lint, they did a blow out and then did an air test. Our dryer duct they said is now lint free :) They also gave us tips on how to maintain our service and fire safety tips (e.g. dont run the dryer while sleeping or away from home). Also, we asked them for a quote on HVAC duct cleaning and the quote was half of what that scammer guy tried to charge us the first time around. They responded quickly, arrived on time, very professional and explained the service and gave us the choice of what we wanted with no pressure for added services. They covered the furniture , cleaned and sanitized all ducts and vents and vacuumed after cleaning. I think my house was cleaner after they left. We did the dryer vent as an add on and I'm so glad. One of the absolute best in home service experiences I've ever had! From the first phone call through completion of the project, I don't have one thing to criticize. They called ahead, arrived promptly, explained everything very clearly & wrote up a price sheet before starting. I showed them around & they got right to work. Just Wow (and in a really good way)! This father/Son team is just amazing. You can't go wrong using them. They cleaned my ducks and vents plus put in micro biotic spray into 2 of my HVACs. Very very throrough and covered everything with tarp and vacuumed every spot from the debris that hit my floor. Please please support our local businesses and not the big names.
