Rusty was referred to me when I was looking for someone to complete a wind mitigation inspection for my homeowner's insurance policy. We got the appointment set up quickly and he provided an email advising what I needed to do on the day of the inspection. Rusty was very professional and arrived right on time. The inspection was completed quickly and I was surprised at how reasonable the fee was - I was expecting at least $10-15 more than he charged. The report was emailed to me that evening, and he even updated it for me real-time when I realized that I had forgotten to mention the hurricane shutters that came with the house. We've had seven houses inspected for purchasing. With the great help from Elite Analysis, we passed on three that were sub-par. They looked great superficially but the excellent work from Rusty brought various problems to our attention. The four that we did buy for rental purposes were all quality homes that we were quickly able to rent to tenants.
