My medical testing indicated mold, but two previous inspections were unable to find it in the house. Enter Daniel! Within approximatedly 5 hours, he was able to locate the mold, identify it, photograph it, take test samples, and point us towards the next step in dealing with it. Within approximately 48 hours, Daniel had provided a 23-page report that was comprehensive, yet understandable by lay people such as ourselves. We were able to quickly send this report to the additional professionals we need to address this problem, including: our insurance company, a professional remediator familiar with mold corrections, an experienced HVAC contact, and a public adjuster -- in case our insurance company balks at paying this claim. We have found Daniel to be prompt, neat, courteous and personable. He is an excellent communicator and quickly responds to our eternal questions.
