don't bother. these guys will screw you. it doesn't say family Automotive because they're aimed at…read morehelping a family this is family Automotive because it is a family working there. that aside these guys claim to do everything including the tow but what they really do is they tow your car and they give you an unrealistic shot at redeeming yourself then they'll strike up a deal and buy your car for scrap and wave the fees that they incurred. for those of you that are still a bit lost this is called a racket. they claim to do everything but when they received my vehicle which just needed a fuel pump they told me that it's going to need thousands of dollars of repairs and they can't do it because... and get this... they can't do it because they're too busy fixing other cars. choosing between a rock and a hard place I was forced to scrap my car for a measly $100 [and it has give cats] because I couldn't afford to pay them for the tow. however I had brought my car there with a grant from a business in Chippewa falls that agreed to pay for parts and labor no matter what it cost. If you're looking for a "third world" type service, this place is for you. TL;DR: Do yourself a…read morefavor, read poor reviews before shopping there. Those are accurate. You have been warned. Their marketing campaigns are great, but the service is the complete opposite. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered extra parts for my trailer, prepaid two months in advance, and they still couldn't complete the order correctly. Additionally, the part that was supposed to be new showed signs of use. They also failed to notice that the side racks are meant to be paired as right and left, but they gave me two for one side. When I pointed this out, they blamed everyone but themselves -- the manufacturer, me, anyone but them. They also called me "difficult" despite the fact that I was courteous and calm. OBSERVATION: Their reception desk has multiple "no complaints, no returns" framed posters, which is incredibly frustrating and is a major Red Flag. They also tried to get me to sign a blank work order for installation and refused to discuss the details of the installation with me. According to them, they charge for the labor by the hour, but they clearly have no idea how to estimate installation time and how much it will cost to a customer. As I understood the reasoning behind their behavior, the issue was that I did not purchase the trailer from them, even though I inherited it from a private party and was simply seeking upgrades. The only positive aspect of this experience is that I didn't have to fight them to get my payment refunded -- they probably realized they could have been taken to court. P.S. The manufacturer has also been warned about their practices.
