First off, I couldn't believe the sight of my car when I picked it up. When I took my car in, my hood was dented and the paint was cracked, my bumper was a mess, and my headlight needed some serious buffing. My car looked brand new when I saw it again! Not only did they do incredible work, they also got my car washed and vacuumed inside. I don't know if this is standard procedure for car repair places, but it was something I certainly didn't expect. (My car was a hot mess in the interior.) Derrick and Danny are both great with communication and are as honest as you can get! Will be coming back to them whenever I have an issue and will definitely recommend them to anyone. I would urge any new customer to be aware of Elite Auto. I searched for months for a mechanic to do some repairs on my truck. I was in need of a transmission & rear main seal. I had been skeptical of selecting a mechanic just because you hear of some of the horror stories that people especially women go through when being ripped off by a mechanic so I tried to check for reviews & also make sure there was some sort of guarantee or warranty on the repairs. Once I felt comfortable w/ my selection of Elite Auto I agreed to allow them to fix my truck. Unfortunately that wasn't a good decision. I found out a month later that the same rear main seal I paid a month before to replace had to be replaced again. I spoke w/ the shop & I was told that if my problem was indeed another rear main seal they could assist me w/ paying 300.00 on my new repair because I had now moved back out of State & they couldn't fix the repair for me. I would just have to provide pictures that indeed showed it was my rear main seal that needed to be replaced again. The price I was quoted by another mechanic was 1200.00 plus the part and I shared this w/ my mechanic at Elite Auto. He also confirmed this is about the same price they would charge for this same repair so 300.00 on warranty for a 1200.00 repair is a little disgusting to me considering the problem was detected a month after the truck had been repaired. I didn't drive or destroy my rear main seal in a month because I had to wait in the middle of covid closures 30 days for my new tags in order to drive the vehicle. I did contact Elite w/ photos but didn't hear back for two weeks from them until I reported them to the BBB. I'm not saying you will have the same experience but just beware. I am shocked & bothered because they had great reviews but unfortunately that is not my experience w/ them! read more

TALK ABOUT TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!! I had the pleasure of not only meeting Danny Angulo but getting my car serviced by professionals. My infiniti Q50 needed new rear brake pads and I was doing my research close to home, when I came across Elite Auto Repair. I called and spoke to Danny who was very professional and provided me the repair estimate over the phone. Their customer service was amazing, the reason I say this is that I had to change my appointment a few times due to scheduling issues on my end. However, Danny and his brother Darryl were accommodating and very friendly each time they talked to me. I finally was able to secure a Saturday to stop by and drop off my vehicle. I arrived for my scheduled time and Danny was there and ready to assist me. He checked out the back brake pads and took my car to get repaired. He advised me that the car would be ready in the afternoon prior to 5pm since that is the time the shop closes. Later on the day, I had been running around with errands and a few appointments which would have me done after 5pm. Realizing this, I phoned Danny around 3pm to see how the job was coming along and advise him my dilemma with time. I told him that I would be done around 5:30pm and he said not to worry that he would wait until 5:30pm for me. WHAT A STAND UP GENTLEMAN!!!! I was in shock with this. I arrived to the shop 5 minutes before 5:30pm and my car was parked outside the shop ready to go. I went inside to pay and thanked Danny for being flexible. I plan on bringing my wife's vehicle in two weeks to get her back brake pads done as well. Danny was also able to provide me an estimate on repairing a dent/scratch on my front bumper. I plan on bringing my vehicles to Danny and his shop from now on for any repair/service needs. If you are in Kendall you need to come see Danny and Darryl at Elite Auto Repair.
