I spent a good amount of time exploring the greeting cards in the humor section, as I was looking for a birthday card for a family member. I asked for a 13x13 pink soft play area and they were able to send of a contract, confirm availability, and set-up/break-down the play area. It was such a hit for our group of friends because we have a lot of kids that are 1-5 years old. The guys showed up and put together the space really quickly. I didn't realize there was a giant beam in the middle of the space where I wanted the play area and the crew was able to work around it, which I really appreciated their flexibility. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. Overall really good experience and it was the best value in terms of set-up that I found in the area, so would definitely consider them for a soft play set-up again!
