During the service, my nail tech sliced my cuticle badly enough that it wouldn't stop bleeding. At first, he tried to hide it instead of properly addressing it, which was concerning. Despite the injury, there was no apology that felt sincere and no adjustment made to the bill. On top of that, the gel manicure started chipping after just two days. I regularly get gel manicures elsewhere and they usually last at least 10 days, so this was especially frustrating. Overall, between the lack of care, the way the situation was handled, and the poor quality of the manicure, I wouldn't return or recommend this salon.

Unfortunately, I want to like the new lash artist as she was very nice and friendly but her work wasn't the greatest. I had a full set for hybrid, the first week looked fine I didn't pay too much attention but gradually as my natural lash cycle comes off I notice the false lashes had a chunk of glue on it. I looked closely and many of my lashes were in clumped and stuck together, not only that most of the lashes that were applied on had a heavy amount of glue on it. Also during the full set not sure why she had to pull some glue off and it was really painful at some point. I never had such experience, my eyes were literally watering because it was hurting. I also noticed my eyes were red the next day possibly due to pressure that the lash artist put on my eyes but it went away so it wasn't a big deal. My overall experience was really uncomfortable and the quality of my lashes were not great for what I paid for.
