I went to this nail salon for the first time to get gel nails done before a trip, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. During the service, my nail tech sliced my cuticle badly enough that it wouldn't stop bleeding. At first, he tried to hide it instead of properly addressing it, which was concerning. Despite the injury, there was no apology that felt sincere and no adjustment made to the bill. On top of that, the gel manicure started chipping after just two days. I regularly get gel manicures elsewhere and they usually last at least 10 days, so this was especially frustrating. Overall, between the lack of care, the way the situation was handled, and the poor quality of the manicure, I wouldn't return or recommend this salon. read more

Communication and service! There was 3 of us , 2 pedicures and 1 manicure. They had four other appointments come in and completely forgot my daughter for her manicure my friend and I were done with our pedicures and I had to ask did you forget my daughter and they said we had other appointments and I respectfully said you should've let us know. Worst experience ever. Tried going here after years since it was under new ownership. They gave me an older lady and I asked the lady if she knew how to take gel builder off and she stated yes. She then criticized whoever did the nails before her and stated they did the ends thick. To make the takeoff process easier for her she proceeded to cut off the ends without asking me what length or shape I wanted. She then filed away the builder and put acetone and repeated the process. It was very clear she did not know what she was doing and wrecked my nails in the process. I complained to the owner about the lack of customer service and if they didn't know how to take it off they should've been honest instead of pretending to know how. I left before they could wreck them any further. They charged me $15 for this what a joke! Never going here again! read more

I wish we can rate zero! My friend and I came in from out of town and decided to get two no chip Manicures. The lady kept saying no don't get no chip(what I always get back home) I told her for the 4th time I want NO CHIP she proceeded to do what she want and gave me and my friend "top coat" she didn't get the bottom or the side of my nails with the terrible polish that she did put on. I asked her to fix 5 nails. She fixed them to the best she can. They didn't have a dryer for us to dry our nails. When my nails dried it looked COMPLETELY TERRIBLE. I asked them to fix them the manager told me my mail is the problem. They called the lady back and she fixed only 2 nails. I still didn't get no chip, they still didn't cover my whole nail with polish. I would NEVER GO BACK nor do I recommend! read more

I am sitting in Orlando traffic so here is my long and honest review.... I have been going here for almost a year now but have never had a better experience than I did yesterday. LeAnne is new to working here but did the best nail job I've ever had. She is a great technician and such a funny person. I really enjoyed my time with her and this is all on top of how meticulous she is at her job. She changed my usual nail shape and I love them more now. Worth every penny! Besides Leann, the salon is beautiful and has a great variety of colors and products. No one is pushy and most customers are repeat like myself. They are much cheaper than Tammy's across the street and in my opinion you get a more personable experience and higher quality job. Most nail shops around this area target tourists and rush through to keep up with the amount of customers but THEY DO NOT RUSH HERE! No matter who you get they are all great, however Leann is my new go to girl! I got color #59 dip powder navy blue. This powder lasts at least 3-4 weeks through wear and tear and never goes dull. If needed I'll throw on a gel coat at home when I'm on week 3 and want extra shine. I want to start off by saying that I was seen one hour before closing and wasn't turned away because of the time. The owner was a wonderful person. The man who started my nails took his time even though it was close to closing time. My nails came out beautiful. Shape and everything. The owner stayed after closing time to finish my nails and was not upset that she had to do so. I came from Tampa here on vacation and when I come back I will definitely come again! The first Salon I tried since moving to Orlando. It is nearby so I thought great. I go every three weeks. Arrived right on time and they assigned a lovely technician to me. Enter the problem... a good client. Apparently a long time client, she paces waiting for her regular technician who is late. Paces more and she picks out her color. Technician hasn't arrived yet so the whining begins. (This is an adult, whining.) "I have too much to do today, where is she?" Salon owner, I presume, takes my Tech and gives her to "Whining Adult" who continues whining how busy she is. Here is where the one star comes in. They now assign to me, a young boy who looked like someone's son and who had absolutely no business doing nails. My manicure, was hideous. I would have asked for the salon to redo them but at this point "Whining Lady" (the lady that had so much to do) was now sitting next to me VISITING with her friend. Sorry Bay Hill Nails, treat ALL of your clients with respect. You may end up with more than one good client. ...and FYI, you don't reward a whining child. You teach them to wait their turn.
