Cruz was a great driver. They took my request about a week before the event, and Mark gave me a great deal. The owners are great local beach people (we live in Atlantic Beach), and not some soulless profit-machine corporation. Could not have been happier with our service. Great attention to detail and cleanliness/sanitation (ugh COVID). Cruz was so professional and helpful in every way. The perfect ending to a perfect wedding day! Also, let me save you guys some trouble... I am VERY careful with my money. I sent in my usual birthday limousine request on Friday and I got a call from the new couple that bought the company about 9 months ago. They provided shuttle service to and from one of the parking lots we parked in and I'm telling you their entire staff were amazing. Two guys in particular that I'd like to mention were Paul and Paul. One was on the ground assisting with parking and directions, etc and the other was our driver. I use a portable mobility scooter to get around the grounds area and these guys went out of their way to help is load and unload the scooter, guide us to our parking area and got us safely to and from the drop-off points. I've never seen anything like it at an event like this before. Great demeanor for working on Sunday, friendly, knowledgeable and just made our event that much more enjoyable overall. I told them in person but I hope the management team shares this review with them and uses them as an example of how to do the job and take care of people.
