The only good thing I have to say, is that he was on time. Once I get in the car I noticed the driver had the wrong address in his system for me and when I questioned him on it he says "are you sure?" Umm, yes I'm sure I know where I live. Then he thinks he picked up the wrong person, I go to tell him that he's been texting me. He ask me to respond to the text to confirm that he had the right person. I mean how can you not have the right information in front of you? Then he proceeds the mess with his phone while he's driving on 95 going like 50 miles an hour. Then he finally leaves his phone alone and focuses on the drive. Next thing I know, we are going a minimum of 80 MPH on the interstate. But at least he's not on his phone anymore. Once we get off the highway, he starts messing with his phone again to send me the link to pay and misses a turn. When I tell him, he gets flustered and starts to pull off the road but I stopped him and told him to go the way he was already going, it would just take a few extra minutes. Once we get to my neighborhood, he goes 5-10 MPH over the limit on my street. Needless to say, I will never hire them again.
